This Starbucks has great employees. They're always more than happy to greet you and take your order. I especially love going to this one in particular because line's are short which means quick service.Parking: Lots of parking spaces, free public parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Drinks customizable to your kids liking.
I stop by every so often for my starbies but today I was left disappointed. I didn't receive my mobile order at all, I arrived at the time it said it would be ready didn't see my drink or croissant so I sat for a bit to see if they were backed up 15 minutes later I asked about the order they said it should've already came out yet nothing with my name was on the counter so I asked for a refund instead very saddened by the customer service and lack of empathy since this made me late to my job sadly I will not be returning to this location

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey really need to replace these baristas with ones that actually appreciate their job & show some kindness when serving otherwise what are you doing in customer service?If someone’s short on change you don’t make of them how disgusting to show such a lack of empathy and then to be rude about it. Rude, loud baristas having lots of side conversations. Dirty bathroom. Empty toilet paper dispenser, with two rolls stacked on the Floor under it. Very slow service, and my stuff was tucked to the side of the pickup counter, so didn't see it in the main area.

Drop in for my daily start for grabbing order for expressly coffees to keep me going, and alone with picking up some healthy on the go snacks. I had traveled here alone myself. And had used my own personal transportation to get here to and from. Associates in store were assertive, quick easy for order placement and was well clearly spoken.

Workers r rude. Ordered on the app and got my drink wrong the first time. I understand they were backed up so I apologized and asked them to make the drink that I actually ordered. Matcha frap with extra matcha. Matcha frap I got was super pale (less matcha) and the amount of actual frap was for a grande. I get that y'all were backed up but I didn't make the mistake so don't take it out on me bc I payed for my drink. I decided not to say anything bc I didn't wanna add more to their orders bc I consider other ppl unlike the ppl working 9/14 evening.
This place has the nicest staff ever!! My boyfriend and I ordered from UberEats as we usually do and they accidentally sent us the wrong order - it sucked but we just ordered again because I was really craving my Strawberry Açaí Lemonade. We were shocked to see that we got not one but TWO drinks with a sorry and a smiley face on top. I was so surprised and excited to see that and I appreciate the people that work here so much! They obviously care about their customers and went above and beyond! 10/10

Very bad customer service. First time came in, a barista was too engaged with her friends talking like 10 minutes. She did not call my order which made me wait forever although the drink was alrealdy made. The second time they did not acknowledge that I was waiting in line for a while. I will never come back
