This location has the worst customer service ever! Especially in the morning oh my goodness it’s the worst. Every single time it’s a rude employee with an attitude. I ordered on the app and go through the drive thru because it’s convenient for me since I have my baby in the car but when the drive thru line is super long I just go inside and pick it up and Its like a bother to even ask them to grab my order.

The staff is unfriendly and rude. This store is known for its warm service and encouraging words. I asked one of the workers for a fork, and they almost threw it in my face. They made my order wrong, they don't bother to confirm your order before charging you, nor do they give you the receipt or ask you for it, which would have prevented the order from being made wrong.

Terrible experience. I ordered through the mobile app and arrived to pick up my order, but they locked the front door at 8:30 PM—even though their posted closing time was 9:30 PM. They told me to go to the pickup gate, but when I got there, they sent me back to the front door. Extremely frustrating and unorganized. Not everyone drives to use the drive-thru. Won’t be coming back.

Most of the downtown Starbucks seem to be closed in San Jose which is not a loss as they all look like bummed out buildings more likely to be found in Fallujah than South of San Francisco that said this one is here and doing well thanks to awesome staff like Alex to go out of their way to help and are examples of enthusiasm and energy unbelievably so even at the most odd and tiring of times.

For What it's worth the new pistachio latte kind of socks and the bacon and egg gouda sandwiches has gone downhill

Parking: Don't be a dick. Instead, try Kindness and Tipping

Kid-friendliness: Only if fitted with muzzles and burlap spit sacks

Staff are rude and they are very immature. We pay alot to get our drinks and they shouldnt work there if they dont want to make our drinks correctly. Taylor manager is very nice and understanding.
