I ordered a normal size cappuccino plus $1 tip is over five bucks they took my name I went and waited and finally some girl comes up and says cappuccino cappuccino I said is that for me she says did you order a cappuccino I said what's the name on the cup it's real simple I told him Jay. J. Anybody can say JJ. So she gets it to me and then I'm like do you have any sweetener sugar sweet and load Splenda nutriSuite. This is her response she goes huh. Did you want sweeteners you says yeah what kind do you have. So she tells me I said all right give me four sugars and two Splenda and I'll mix that in with it so she has it to me and then I'm saying well lady do you have a coffee stirer,? So she rummages around and comes back with one I don't get it it's very simple it's a coffee shop they don't have sugar laid out for the customers I don't get it.

Starbucks is always perfect. This place is spacious and has a place to park and sit comfortably. Still very convenient here. Satisfied with the service

It's a perfectly fine location, but their hours are never reflected accurately on Google maps. As of 1/24/24, their lobby closes at 7, their drive-thru closes at 9. Also like most locations with drive-thrus, you can expect a wait, as there are always selfish idiots who A) Don't know what they want or B) Need 8 drinks for their entire horrible family?

I have a 2 hour ahead bio clock and woke up awake again at 5:00am sigh. We pickup our orders for our drive down to L.A.
Heads up that this isn’t the best place for a quick mobile order. The employees close their lobby at 6pm and you need to go through a super slow drive through to get your mobile order. Don’t order here if you are in a hurry:)

I stop by here every morning at 5:00 a.m. when they first open staff is always courteous and friendly they have my cup of joe ready to go cannot complain atmosphere is second to none very friendly customers at this

Why would you allow mobile order if I have to pick it up at drive thru after 7pm? I ordered ahead so I can use restroom. Now I can not use restroom and I'm stuck in drive thru. At least tell us on app for god sake.

Bad location, bad service.Baristas have attitudes. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit on your drinks also.BEWARE when ordering online! This store always opens late and closes early.Only drive through is open majority of the time because the workers ever since they got union they got lazy!Not my fav location anymore stopped coming after they get to choose when the lobby opens up
