Great service at this Starbucks! The staff was super friendly, quick with my order, and made my drink perfectly. Max was amazing—so kind and welcoming—and he made delicious simple drinks that hit the spot. The whole team has such a positive vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The drive through order taking is sub optimal. I ordered a simple 12 oz coffee frapp with whip cream. She repeated oh Grande. I said no Tall. They don't know that a 12 oz is Tall. When I got the drink there was no whip cream. I didn't want to wait, so just took it and left. After drinking realized that the drink was not made true blended. They had put too much ice which made it an icy sludge like a thick milkshake.
My suggestion is to put some experienced order takers in drive through and not some teenager whose mind is not on the job and also train the drink maker to provide something which is consistent with their standard recipe.
Very awful experience.. Not going to this location again.
We traveled from Santa Cruz to San Jose to volunteer at a pop up consignment sale. After a long day, I promised my nine-year-old autistic son a treat from Starbucks. We located a nearby store but couldn’t place a mobile order, so we used the drive-through. Upon ordering his favorite dragon fruit lemonade, we were informed they were out of lemonade and could offer it with water. This substitution was disappointing, especially since we paid full price. Additionally, if mobile ordering had been available, we could have known about the shortage in advance and chosen another location.

It's a quick and convenient spot since it'd a drive through and that's why I keep coming back but they always seem to be out of something. Most often than not, it seems to be oatmilk.
