Starbucks

I wanted a glass of water because I know that Starbucks gives out water cups for free right? But I get denied my grande iced water, which they give out for free at Disney, where even a pretzel costs 10 bucks, because I didn’t make a purchase. And then the employee Elio who was looking at their phone half the time started saying that it’s free but you have to buy something. However it’s not really free then. The employees were also ignoring a 8 year old girl who was trying to order because they would rather yap about their boyfriends. Horrible. Go support a small business like quickly or the smoothie shop in the food court. SMH

This is the only Starbucks in the area that consistently gets my order not only right, but good- shoutout to the people who work here. Turnaround time is usually quick, but sometimes it takes a cool sec due to the amount of people at the mall ordering

Elio is an excellent worker on weekends. Friendly and cheerful makes getting coffee there at eastridge Starbucks pleasant.

Good coffee and frappucino. I ordered one iced latte and one matcha frappe. They were made perfectly. The staff were nice and fast.There were a lot of people lining and waiting, so it took a bit more time.

Starbucks today close ?

Cannot make a drink correctly for the life of them. Employees need to be trained on proper drink preparation whether that’s with a substitute or light ice.

I work in the mall for almost a year. They have ruined my drinks more than making it right… most of the time its half empty because if foam. Either close it or make the drink right.
