My ice was basically all melted, drink watered down and I asked for a small cup of ice and she denied me ice. The claim is that they’re running low on ice…. Alright, in the morning time…. Weird. They just seemed very behind on orders, not really a good excuse to deny ice to a paying customer. That behavior deserves a 1 star. ✌🏼

I've been to this Starbucks many many times, and not once has my order been wrong or significantly delayed. I place my order on the app, stop by ~5 minutes later and it's ready to go every. single. time. 5/5 stars for fast and accurate service!

I recently went to this starbucks and was served by Elijah. He's super nice and great to talk to. Elijah makes awesome drinks really fast and always has a big smile. He makes you feel welcome and happy every time you visit. The rest of the staff is also really friendly and helpful. They all work together to create a great atmosphere. If you want good coffee, quick service, and a friendly chat, Elijah and the whole team are the best!

Went to pick up coffee real quick. Walked in & no one acknowledged us. A few other customers were in the lobby as well waiting on their drinks. The place was so dirty. Coffee all over the counters, wrappers, dirty dishes, clothes the entire work area behind register. Staff was extremely slow. Not friendly at all. Supervisor looked a mess. His hair was long & messy, just looked dirty. We waited 9 mins for our drinks. No apology just that they had a lot of mobile orders they had to do first. Terrible experience.
