Went to pick up coffee real quick. Walked in & no one acknowledged us. A few other customers were in the lobby as well waiting on their drinks. The place was so dirty. Coffee all over the counters, wrappers, dirty dishes, clothes the entire work area behind register. Staff was extremely slow. Not friendly at all. Supervisor looked a mess. His hair was long & messy, just looked dirty. We waited 9 mins for our drinks. No apology just that they had a lot of mobile orders they had to do first. Terrible experience.

This Starbucks has the worst service I've ever seen at one of their stores. They're slow to acknowledge and help me, and they're too involved in their own conversations to help. They're so slow I started ordering online at home and most of the time when I arrive ten minutes later my order still isn't complete. One last thing, although I could give a couple of more complaints, it's like a nightclub with the music playing so loud.

Amanda barista did impress me by delivered a satisfaction , I used to ask random some of them for ice cup . This happening twice when i came in then she gave it to me meanwhile i didnt even ask , she built a connection by remember meHopefully you're reading my comment Amanda , keep it gangster homie

I have been to this Starbucks for years since it's really close to my house. But lately, It's been disappointing. The employee that is always at the cash register taking orders, he has been at this location for a long time. My guess is that he's the manager, his name is Tom, an older gentleman.The last 6 times, I have been there, he got my order wrong. I get the same drink every time. The only difference is that, I drink hazelnut hot latte in the winter and iced in the summer. The last 6 times, I clearly said iced. I think this man doesn't like me for some reason, I don't feel welcome as a customer. I know Starbucks is focused on connections and conversations with customers through coffee but its the not same deal for me with him. He did it on purpose, I mean, you get the drink wrong once or twice. It's okay, it happens but 6 times in a row, it's unacceptable .All the barista girls are nice though, they always know my drink and get it right.I hope Starbucks cooperate and everyone else reads this review.

Came here a few weeks ago and they had the doors locked nearly 30min before closing. Pretty disappointing to see a full staff just lounging with other customers still there.

I ordered 2 drinks it took them 15 minutes + to make them. I'm never EVER coming back here again idk what type of training you guys got going on but with a store with no customers in line and you guys took 15 minutes to make my drink. Thanks for wasting my valuable time I'll never get back. I appreciate your lazy work ethics.

Ordered Peppermint Mocha venti with whipped cream via the app. Missing whipped cream and not even full. Saw droplets of oil. Bean oil?? See photo. However, the drink was delicious and expensive $6.Parking: Don't park close to the store. There are not enough spaces. Instead, use the lot adjacent to it. There are plenty of spaces there. Plus, it is a walking distance.
