Just got a grande chai latte with almond milk and it tastes like warmed milk. Don't know if she forgot the chai or what but disappointed I paid nearly $6 for warm milk.

There were 2 flies today in the food/pastries area (only 1 pictured). I was going to tell the barista/cashier, Maya, who seems like she's already received many bad reviews about, but she sounded like she didn't want to help us already so I doubt she would've cared about what we had to say. There was literally no one ahead of behind us, yet our orders were rushed and sounded like she wanted to get it over with.

Maya is super rude. She refused service to my mom only for the reason being my mother's English isn't the best. There is another rude employee as well but her name I am not sure of. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

This location always gets the drinks right but the service is lacking. I've currently been standing at the register for 10 minutes and haven't been acknowledged at all while the one employee slowly makes 2 drinks. Love the convenience and normally they aren't busy at all, but if there's someone ordering a drink before you be prepared to be ignored for a while.
Normally when i go to safeway and shop i stop to get my coffee and the girls there at the starbucks are so nice this girl beatriz and sarah seem so fun to be around and make the best drinks!

Where's my extra caramel though :( this ain't it! The drive thru line is always long and it's always busy but i happen to come on a day and time where it was not busy at all. There was about 4 cars ahead of me at drive thru and it took about 10 minutes from ordering to picking up my order. It looked like a good amount of workers working which was probably why the line went by sorta quick. With all those workers how did they still forget to add my request of extra caramel?? Wish i would've noticed it as soon as they handed it over to me, i would've asked them to actually put caramel in it but i didn't see my drink until i already left the drive thru. reminder, CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE DRIVING OFF!!

Starbucks coffee is just sugar, sugar, coffee flavored syrup and a shot of espresso. Why do people go here!? Why did I even bother?!? I asked for a cup of actual coffee, it's so nasty! 711 has fresh drip coffee that's so much better than this garbage. In a different starbucks location, they had left cabinets above the registers open and I had to laugh at the endless boxes labeled "coffee flavored syrup". Its like, all they had in those cabinets. They signed a contract to exclusively use Nestle coffee. Nestle, a company with a CEO who doesn't think people are entitled to free water. They're bottling hundreds of millions of gallons for pennies on the dollar. They were doing this during extreme droughts in California. All while small businesses owners were being fined for going over their slim water quota. Also, coffee beans are harvested by modern day slaves. Look it up! Same with chocolate. Since I learned that, I make an effort to get fair trade coffee. The Starbucks corporation isn't looking out for your best interest. Dont eat that McDonalds grade food theyre serving!! Have you tried Peets? It is way better if you want actual coffee. Or even better, buy some fair trade organic coffee and make your own brew. Its so much better, in all ways! One of the best things I've done for my pocket and my health and for the earth. My reusable coffee cup is much nicer to hold than the throw away paper cups or plastic crap.
