The staff was extremely rude. A barista called Tammy especially felt like she could act all entitled. She was extremely impatient and rude when we tried to place our order but had enough time apparently to chat and chill with her colleagues. Super disappointed that starbucks thinks it is appropriate to hire staff that think it is okay to offer such poor customer service.

Great chill atmosphere. One of the ckeaner and more spacious starbucks around with both indoor and outdoor settings. Tje outdoor patio has a view of the hills and the indoor setting has comfy lounge chairs. Baristas are very friendly too!

A company thats pretty well known and their breakfast food items like a "sausage" bacon wrap is even an option is beyond me. Clearly no sausage. Had basically only 2 bites worth of bacon then it was all eggs. Had to get my own sauce because this wrap fosho was lacking in the salt and pepper departurment. If I could cancel this item I would fosho make signs and post this on every stop light. Like McD Ds breakfast burritos are a 10 compared to this poo poo.
Love my Starbucks fix! With other sweet drinks becoming more and more expensive in the bay, Starbucks has remained an affordable sweet treat for me. The quality is consistent, too, a rarity in the food business during these bustling times.The cashiers and managers are exceptionally polite and attentive. Every time I see the managers here deal with a crowd or any confusion about orders, they are sincere and professional. My go to is the Matcha Frappuccino with 1 pump of sweet syrup. The matcha taste is genuine and the light sweetness is not overwhelming. This place can get pretty busy around lunch time, but if you order ahead then it's more convenient.

Ordered online nitro cold brew with vanilla cream, went to pick up and discovered that I god a regular cold brew with vanilla cream instead. Asked if the nitro machine was broken and received a nitro cold brew without anything as a replacement drink. No vanilla cream, no apologies. The dude just turned away from me and continued talking to his colleague. It wasn’t crowded, the dude was just careless. So I got two drinks, and each of them was not what I wanted.
