Zero effort here. Vibe was bad.
At least the barista was nice enough to remake the drink they messed up. Did they play hot potato with my food ? Sandwich was a mess and my apple croissant bag was tore in half

I’ve been coming here for here for a while. The last year has been worse. They never get my drink. It’s just an ice shaken espresso. Either they put too much milk or not enough coffee. The one on the right is from this location and the other is from got from a Starbucks closer to my work. The one on the left is how it supposed to be. Never coming back here again and probably not getting any more drinks from Starbucks. Their pricing is getting ridiculous

They don’t do pick up or delivery orders well and mess it up each time . They feel doing so they won’t be questioned.Sad reality reflecting corporate culture and non motivated baristas!

Excellent for Starbucks experience. Good inside and outside seating. Decent Wi-Fi access. Service was up to Starbucks standards with friendliness. The only real problem that I noticed about the place was the bathrooms. When going into the bathrooms there are two bathrooms. The one on the right had two problems inside this bathroom. First, the sensor that turns the water on did not work well and I had trouble getting it to stay on for any length of time or even to come back on. So I can can the soap dispensers in both bathrooms need to be replaced. It had portable dispensers sitting on the sinks. But what really needs to happen is some maintenance to replace the dispensers that are built into the equipment. Overall this is an excellent place to go visit and get a coffee, hot or cold plus some small bites.

Either I came in on a good say or other reviewers came in on a bad one. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Greeted. Order was made quickly and correctly. A few booth/tables inside and more on the patio. Patio had some greenery for privacy from the road noise. Early morning it was busy, but I was in an out in a reasonable amount of time. Ample parking. Clean facilities.

while my drink was good, the person behind the register was not very friendly. she gave me a dirty look and i didn’t feel very welcomed.

Took more than 30 minutes to get my drinks which were wrongly made. I asked for a redo and it took another 5 to 10 minutes and this happened to me twice already so most likely not will go back the two times I asked for the redo the barista give me attitude

They might know how to make other fancy drinks or pastries, but not coffee. The cappuccino is absolutely trash. Tried twice so this is not a coincidence 👎🏻

I work nearby and normally get my afternoon coffee at this location with some coworkers. Most of the baristas there are lovely. Every once in while, my group will have all day meetings and we order Starbucks for them as a treat in the afternoon. It’s usually far and few in between but this month was an exception and I had to do this twice this month. The first set of orders were for 17 people, 3 days in a row on March 4, 5 and 6. This week orders were for 12 people for 2 days in a row - March 26 & 27.
I have done this before but I would normally put together a spreadsheet with names, size of drinks and orders. I would then come by in the morning to give the store the list and the time I would come to pick it up. I try to make this as easy as possible so that the baristas do not get overwhelmed all in one shot and so that they can manage their time making the drinks.
On one of the days in early March, I think it was on March 5, the manager Richard happened to be there and told me that I needed to order these in the app. I said fine and I tried to do that for the next day. However, I can’t order ahead in the app, nor can I customize it with the names and some of the orders I had didn’t have a way for me to put in the customization. So I came back the next day and told them. The barista at the time said no problem and they made the drinks for me for pickup in the afternoon.
On Mar 26, I was also able to order these the same way. The next day however, I was refused service and was told by April that their manager said not to accept my order unless it’s through the app. I explained to her the issue in that I can’t do some of the customizations online nor can I order ahead of time but she still refused. I ended up going to another Starbucks and they were able to fulfill my order.
I was so irate that I actually called back and spoke to the ASM, I think she said her name was Jasmine. She apologized but said that he may just be following policy. I chatted with customer service online to confirm this policy that large orders can only be ordered on the app and was told that this isn’t true. I also found an article saying that Starbucks actually maxed the number of orders online to 12 so this doesn’t help me at all.
We have also had another issue with this manager before about customizing one of the iced energy drinks. My friend had gotten it customized to a different flavor before with no issues but when this manager was there, we were told we couldn’t change the flavor.
I am not sure if this manager is just lazy but he certainly is incompetent, has some kind of power trip, and has zero customer service skills. In either case he should not be managing. I have since filed a formal complaint against him, but who knows if anything will be done.

I sat outside with my coffee, purchased at this location, for about an hour, then stopped in to throw away my cup and use the bathroom.
When I asked for the code, one of the baristas told me it's for paying customers only. I said that I had been sitting outside and offered to show them my receipt. She rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Her coworker gave me the code, but the entire exchange was very off-putting.

The Starbucks at North First Street offers a quiet ambiance with outdoor seating, making it a good spot for some peaceful time. However, indoor seating is limited. While the atmosphere is nice, the service left something to be desired. The staff didn’t greet or show much politeness during the interaction, and my cappuccino was mistakenly made with regular milk instead of the requested coconut milk. There’s room for improvement in customer service and attention to detail.

They make the drip coffee now in a single serve automated machine like they have at my office, and it wasn't very good, more bitter than before. I stopped drinking my office coffee also. Starbucks is supposed to be a place to get good coffee. I think Starbucks Corp is missing the point of their business aside from profitability.
