Manager Tracy has a bad attitude and isn’t willing to fix drinks when they are messed up. She does not deserve to be manager and the face of the store when she can’t even bother to treat customers respectfully. She is on a power trip and I think she is very rude and egotistical.

Manager Tracy refused to serve me my drink after I already paid. I purchased a pink drink and asked for some more strawberry acai base on the side like I always do. Tracy, with a very negative and unprofessional attitude refused to give it to me. Which was no problem for me, so I said I would pay for it. I paid another $5 for a whole strawberry acai drink, and Tracy proceeded to tell me that she would not be serving me and that I need to leave. She told other staff members to not serve me and issue me a refund. I did not want the refund, and just asked for my drink to please be made, because I already paid. Never got the drink.

Please consider retraining the barista lady working at this location. She does not appear to follow proper drink-making procedures and often overlooks customer customizations. Many of the drinks she prepares end up being thrown out, redone because she overlooked the order and even the ones i take still lacking in proper taste/flavor. I’m surprised that this issue hasn’t been addressed by the rest of the staff.

When I pull up SUV and walk in wearing a Men In Black outfit because I'm a chauffeur and I asked to use your bathroom I don't need problems like are you going to buy something? Oh I don't know do you mind if I crap my pants first

Semi regular stop on the way home from riding Calero or Santa Theresa. A trenta refresher hits the spot after a hot ride.Stopped in this afternoon after a ride about ten minutes before closing. Staff were clearly getting ready to close up but were happy to serve us anyway and even dealt with my son’s customizations. Thanks team, those drinks were really needed.
The store is nice and clean, partners are really friendly, and service is very quick despite how busy it often

The manager Abraham, is very unprofessional, not detail orientated at all. Very bad at responding to job. Applicants. And very poor customer service. A another thing I noticed was that he left his number on his email, but got upset when I called the num another thing that was very unprofessional. He left his number on the email, responding back to my application and then got upset when I called the number and if that isn't unprofessional enough ..he Absolutely ghosted me after taking time out and MONEY to get interviewed.. very unprofessional manager ... missed out on another job opportunity because he would not get back to me in the timeframe he said he would he's already a over a week past the time he said he would contact me.. I just wanted an update, The store itself is Nice and clean
