Service was so slow that most of the food and drinks were not picked up. The wait was over an hour, but the app didn't indicate that before purchase. How could over an hour wait work in an airport? Please address insufficient staffing at least during morning hours.

Ordered ahead on the app, approached the counter when it said my order was ready, proceeded to wait 50 minutes for my drink. I was standing by pick up and nobody cared to even check up. Heard several groups complain about the wait. Witnessed one family leave without their drinks because they had to board. I'm only lucky I arrived way before my flight.

Ordered a sandwich. Saw everyone except me get their sandwich or coffee on time. Waited 25 minutes and then asked for refund.

While i was asking refund, I saw the staff giving another person sandwich just while they were placing an order.

Felt racist. Not sure what else would be the reason
(sandwich was in stock)

This is your standard Starbucks. They have all the things you’ll find at the other ones, but what we really appreciated was the barista went above and beyond when we needed a water. Instead of wasting a cup, she allowed us to fill up our water bottle with water to reduce waste. I really appreciate that. The Food took a little bit of time with the drinks came out pretty quick.

I get it, you work in an airport and probably don’t see the same people all the time. However, that is no excuse to have a piss poor attitude. I was the only one in line, not greeted and finally helped after a couple minutes. I always can empathize if someone is just having a bad day so I smiled and thanked the nice woman for taking my order. The other girl working was complaining non-stop since the moment I walked up…”uh, can we turn off mobile order?!”,…gossip about her boss I assume,… eye rolls huffs and puffs. When she finally finished making my drink she proceeded to push it toward me with a very robotic monotone, “have a nice day.” Again, I accepted with a smile and asked if I could please have a straw. With the request, I was met with an eye roll a slow spin and no words, just an irritated smirk when I said, “thank you.” I work in the service industry and do my very best to only leave positive reviews but, this girl’s attitude was so poor I really feel like she needs to reevaluate if working at Starbucks is right for her. The poor girl who took my order seemed embarrassed by her behavior as she continues to help others place their orders. I didn’t catch the girls name with the poor attitude but she had her hair ( half shaved but grown out) up in a pony tail and bleached blonde. Hopefully, management can be made aware of how poor her attitude, service, and professionalism is and how she treats peole. Never, have I seen this behavior from a friendly Starbucks barista. She should read Unreasonable Hospitality… it might help gain some perspective.

They need to train their employees on how to craft a coffee. I paid for a standard Mocha and got a cappuccino. Upon telling about the issue, I was handed a stirrer and was asked to stir the syrup. Well, I did and there was no chocolote syrup! I avoided the confrontation by walking away as my flight started to board. But seriously, I have been ordering Mocha for last 5 years and it was more or less the same no matter the location. This was my worst experience of Starbucks. Avoid by all means.

Drinks take twenty to thirty minutes. Make sure you have plenty of time before boarding.

Waited 20 + mins. Many ordered after me got the food. No idea about the order of their service. Had to give up for boarding

SKIP if you have less than an hour!
Took 35 minutes (at least) to make a small americano at 7am. They had 2 folks upfront taking orders quickly and 4-5 folks making drinks. I had to leave or I risked missing my flight so lost my $. Found the wait time unacceptable for a Starbucks (especially at the airport). Would recommend skipping if you’re less than an hour away from boarding!

Waited 45 minutes for iced coffee I mobile ordered, gave up and got my money back. It's over priced anyways. Don't bother stopping by.

Came in while I was on a layover for my flight to get a meal on the go. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to came help me. Drink was made quick and the sandwich took a bit to get warmed up and served. Sandwich was ok on the quality. Drink was made well. There started to be a line up for orders to be ready.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went to Starbucks at 8pm and they were closed. The website says 830pm. I don't know when they closed but I can tell it's been awhile since no one in this airport has a drink unless it'd from Peets.

Severely understaffed. The GM covers all shifts herself and is ever pleasant to the customers- which says something about her patience!Unfortunately, it takes over 40 minutes to get your drink. And that's on top of waiting in line to order.

Don't order food if your boarding time is close. Drinks took 2 minutes. Food service is glacial - it took 20 minutes for a sandwich. And this was a mobile order which usually takes precedence.
