Absolute horrible service at this location. This is my first time coming here and the staff here has a do not care attitude. Half of the time they do not have the food available.

This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. 1) stood in front of the cashier waiting to be greeted and to take my order. We (our party) were talking and we're not just standing there quietly. 2). The guy that was there was just spraying the counter and cleaning. I was watching and he was spraying/wipe like just 2in radious. 3) he finally acknowledged us and took our orders. He seamed confused but got our simple im right. 4) the tables are dirty and not wiped down. 5). Took forever for our order to be made - like 15min with no one in front of us for 3 simple drinks. The only reason why we went there is it was in target. Figured in the future to go to the one next to att.

One of the worse & slowest service I have ever experienced in Starbucks. They always seems sleepy and do not paying attention to the line of customers. A white American woman is usually like to talk for 10-15 minutes to another customers while they have a line of customers. I firstly thought may be it happen just once, but no it is all the time. Come on guys, be professional & use the time management more wisely.

They accidentally overcharged for a grande drip coffee, spent five minutes trying to correct it after I pointed it out, ended up giving me a refund via gift card, then finally gave me a lukewarm tall coffee (not the grande I ordered). Not worth fighting at that point. Regretted the whole thing and won't go back despite the fact I go to this Target frequently.
