The location indicated on Google maps is the backlot of a college next to a parking garage. I'm pretty sure that is not a steak n shake. Apparently it is inside the student Union which is closed to the public therefore it should not be listed as a public venue on Google maps.

We got the steak burger meals that came with a double steakburger, fries, 1 side (chili), and a regular shake. The shake came out first (before the chili) when i wanted it for a desert after the meal, but oh well. It was good and was still cold at the end. The chili came with the burger and fries, which i usually expect to come out first, but again, no big deal. Everything was hot and the toppings were all correct. I will definitely be back. They should add chips and guac as a side or appetizer....
Fantastic place. Great food. Great service. Exceptionally whiny customers who don’t want to wait for their food and would rather eat at a bad restaurant with no customers.

Waited over for 30 minutes to be told that they haven't started making it. The line wasn't even crowded... Got completely ignored by the cashier.
