The koobideh kabab was profoundly disappointing. It tasted stale and appeared to have been reheated. The tomato tasted the same with lack of freshness. Our visit, after a two-year absence, was unfortunately marked by a noticeable decline in quality, especially for a Sunday lunch service.

Ordered the beef and chicken kabobs with rice and they were amazing! The beef kabob was out of this world! So flavorful. The hot tea was spectacular as well.

We had a very disappointing experience at Stone Stew 1 (Dizi Sang). We ordered Dizi Sangi, lamb shank with vegetable and fava bean rice, and Kashk Bademjoun. The Dizi Sangi had no taste and was absolutely flavorless. The plate of lamb shank was of low quality and it was cold when it was served. The Kashk Bademjoun was one of the worst appetizers I have ever experienced at a Persian restaurant. The overall food was way below expectations. I would highly recommend people who are in search of good-quality Persian restaurants not to visit here until and unless the kitchen improves this food quality to at least an above-average level.

We ordered koobideh kebab, and it was a very disappointing experience. The rice and the kebab both tasted old and stale. The kebab had a strong unpleasant smell, almost like raw egg, and it was extremely tough and hard to chew. Definitely not fresh and not enjoyable at all.

Dined in the open air area on a Sunday afternoon. Pleasant weather, great food and quiet peaceful atmosphere with friendly service. Great for laid back dining

Always one of my favorite spots when I'm in the area. The portions are pretty big, and I personally think the prices are reasonable. The quantity and quality of food you get never disappoints, and if you decide to dine in, their service is also spectacular. 🤍

Unfortunately, I have to update my review with a lower rate because they recently changed their Koobideh recipes and style, and that's the worst one I tried in my entire life.
I hope they make some changes on their Koobideh, and I can update my review for 5 star because they deserve it.

I had the worst koobideh in my life in this restaurant 2 weeks ago. It WAS NOT beef, maybe made of dry bread or flour. It was yellow which i have never seen koobide be YELLOW. Also smelled like rotten meat. Oh boy, i would never go back to this restaurant ever. Waste of money and time!!!!
