Super soggy and old tasting veggies. Horrible customer service. The older woman behind the counter flat shushed me when I asked for extra veggies. I thought she was joking but she never reacted. When I insisted on more than 4 slices of tomatoes for a foot long, she said I can't - no extras.

The worst experience. They didnt have half the stuff I asked for, customer service was even worse. Gave me attitude when im trying to add some ingredients. When I asked for more things the lady ignores you on purpose. The chicken smelt weird, ingredients look really old even though they claim âFreshâ. I ended up throwing the food away.

It was a bad experience. One of the ladies was extremely rude. She asked for more money for all the veggies. She did not serve us properly. One of my friends has a severe allergy and we specifically said her to not to add one of the sauces and she still did it (it was not like she didnât hear us, we were super clear and we even said please). Her comments were super racist and very rude. And she was trying to throw us out as soon as we got in the store. We told her she was being very rude and she mocked us by laughing at us. We are students and subway is like a go-to store for most of us but never ever we got treated like this. She treated us with disrespect while we were being very polite.

Almost no meat in my sandwich. If I wanted to salad bar, I wouldâve went to one.
It's alright for the most part just lacking in the customer service department. Need to train some of the employees to be more polite even by a bit. After dining in for lunch, asked an employee if I may use the restroom and was responded in a not so friendly tone.

We went in to get two sandwiches and there were no customers in the store. The worker was simply on his phone and didnât acknowledge us at all at first. Instead of taking our orders he calls Maria from the back to do so. She in turn requires you to tell her multiple times what you want because either she isnât listening or she canât understand you. Then you request for the sandwich to be double toasted and she doesnât do it. I used to work at subway and there are different oven settings based on the size of the sandwich and the type of meat. I had a 12 inch chicken sandwich, and since itâs CHICKEN, itâs supposed to be cooked on the 12 inch Steak/Strips settings. She, instead, cooks it on the 6 inch basic setting. Meaning, she wasnât even cooking it as a 12 inch let alone DOUBLE. Then the other guy finally comes back and takes my sandwich out of the oven before it had even finished cooking. I had to request for it go in one more time. Itâs the second time this has happened from the two times Iâve gone there. They refused us a bag saying they didnât have any. Never coming back again.

So, is all I can say, I guess pay half price you get half items , I can see why there is a lawsuit about false advertising gping.on, Pictures on menu are false.xompare to actual..Phillycheese , luke the old saying goes, where's the beef....I guess its time to find another sandwich place..

It's not worth the price paid. I order number 31 on the menu which is cheese steak, but the staff doesn't even know how to make it And put everything included VEGGIES and sauce in the bread before baking. The management of this branch should be reorganized.

This is one of the worst subway I've ever visited. And the Spanish lady who was there is rude and abusive. We had a coupon and she denied to apply that and even she added extra things so that we can get charged alot. When we asked her about that she denied to give us food and she started getting abusive and she was making these weird faces.
I don't recommend this store and this lady is so rude and abusive.

My brother and I patiently waited in line at the store even though we placed an order online. We understood the staff were busy and decided to just wait rather than shove the phone order in front of their face like an entitled person would. Once the customers in front were taken care of, I tell the service worker that we came for a mobile order. She rudely says and points to her right âThere.â Nothing else. She wears a blue cartoon figure enamel pin on her Subway cap. I donât understand why she was so rude.
