By far the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub and added many veggies without extra cost. The worker there, she seemed to be pissed off and even blamed me for adding many sorts of veggies while ordering a specific menu rather than ordering a customizing one, which I’ve never heard of from any Subways before. At the moment, I thought I made a mistake but it seems like nah, she was just grumpy and rude.

I was looking forward to ordera #33 on the menu. When I got there the person behind the counter did not seem enthusiastic in serving a customer. I told her numerous times I wanted a #33 without cheese. She proceeded to make me a #3. I had to correct her before she put the sandwich into the oven. And when I asked if I could have some veggies, she said that she will only give me onions and peppers. I've been to other Subway and they have no problem in accommodating my request with veggies. I guess uess this place is more worry about their bottom line than customer service.

If you are ordering online this place may be great. But I came here to order in person and the worker ignored me. Just kept filling online orders. Didn’t even say sorry I’ll be right with you. Just literally ignored me. Wow. I left after waiting as a line formed behind me. Not good enough food to put up with that,

I came in yesterday for three sandwiches, I asked if the coupon I was holding would work at this location in which the older lady said yes . Everything started off good just like a normal Subway up until the point where I asked for just spinach and green bell peppers at which the older lady counted and only place 6 leaves on my sandwich at which point I asked if she can give me more spinach and also some lettuce she proceeds to tell me she can only place 6 leaves per sandwich and if I wanted more spinach I would have to pay for more, but when she put lettuce on my sandwich she put two handfulls . I then explained to is it because her boss is here that she can't give me more spinach and she proceeds to say if you want more spinach you're going to have to pay for another but it makes no sense how she can give me a lot of onions a lot of lettuce lot of tomatoes up until the point where I asked for greens . I also explained to her this is the first time I've ever been told that I have to pay extra for vegetables when on the menu it says you pay extra for more meat which I didn't want . And I've been at a lot of location in San Jose , at which point she says well why don't you leave and go over there why do you have to come here and I told her excuse me I live down the street why would I have to go to the other side of town to get a good quality sandwich ?. Tbh last time I'm going to this location very rude inconsiderate. The icing on the cake (fuhk me) is when I asked for salt and pepper on my sister sandwich and I literally Asked can you shake it twice I kid you not she kept shaking it and shaking it and salt and pepper at which point I said stop 4 times my sister said that the sandwich was very salty. I don't understand why these workers are like this. I also explained to her after I finish paying, why do you think this is establishment is always empty when I come here , because of the service you're providing . I'm the type of person that always tips $5 but she did not deserve a penny. She also stated she works at this location 4-5 times a week and that she's never seen me in the store .That's fine I come at all times . But from now on I'ma avoid this location and you should too see the most recent comments im not the only one whos had a negative interaction with.

I went there today and was ordering a sandwich a on the clock employee was helping me and another either friend or off the clock employee was standing on the side as the employee is helping me and apparently she asked something, I didn't hear her, so the non employee said in Spanish oh she does t understand you and then laughed and the rest of the employees laughed as well. I felt that was super rude and not good customer service. If you are not in the clock mind your business and let them do their job and customer service. Very disappointed as I am Latina as well. I may not speak Spanish which I prefer not to but I do understand it very clearly. SUPER DISRESPECTFUL Service sucks and food as well
