Let me start of by saying if 0 stars was an option I would have went with that*Food safety IssuesI came here a few times recently and there are 2 older women there who just can't get it together. The older lady is ridiculously rude! Every time I go she purposefully takes forever doing the online orders, and the other chick doesn't know anything on how to make the sandwich even though she keeps turning her neck to the menu meanwhile her long greasy braid is swiping my food and god knows the meats and cheese too! Not only do they get mad at you for correcting them on how to make the sandwich, but they get scared to put produce on your sandwich after. I have never been so disrespected in one of these joints. I had enough at that point and walked out. IF YOU LIKE HAIR IN YOUR SANDWICH AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Ohh yea and they got new furniture and paint job, I guess that deserves at least one star .......

Definitely don't come here Had an incident on April 6 ,2023 where I was working nearby but no access to bathrooms so saw subway and walked straight to the bathrooms (since it was an emergency) The bathrooms were locked and I walked to the front *where there was an older lady and a female teenager* I walked up and the teenager was with a customer and the older lady had an online order but was just rereading the order and ignoring me I patiently waited and 10-15 mins pass and she finally asked what I wanted I asked if the bathrooms were available and she said she didn't know so I just waited and the teenager finished helping a customer so she asked me what I wanted and I asked if the bathrooms were available and she handed me the keys from under the register , I ran out to the bathroom and when I went to turn the keys over I confronted the older lady asking her why she was ignoring me saying she didn't know if they were open or not and making me wait , in her defense all she said was it's because it's customers only which she never mentioned from the start , I got sick of arguing with her and just told the teenager thank you If the problem was that I needed to buy something that wouldn't of been an issue should of just said it , worse thing is she thinks she did nothing wrong like someone could of actually have a bladder condition or simply just urinated and you would of had to clean it up since you work there but reading the rest of the reviews it makes sense

The reason I rate it a 2 is because since they updated the menu they stopped honoring the new coupons that go along with the new menu. Everytime I order - I get to the checkout point, they try an tell me that the coupon isn't good for that sandwich...and that's a lie! If you read the coupon it clearly states what sandwiches it does not included!!! READ THE COUPONS!!!! ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT!!! Stop picking and choosing - READ THE COUPON!!!!

The reason I rate it a 2 is because since they updated the menu they stopped honoring the new coupons that go along with the new menu. Everytime I order - I get to the checkout point, they try an tell me that the coupon isn't good for that sandwich...and that's a lie! Order was completely wrong! When I called the guy didn't seem to know what to do he just kept asking for my name (Jackson. Easiest name ever). From out of town and pay a lot to have it delivered. Very unhappy. Barely got an I'm sorry out of them.

They are rude. They don't greet you, I asked for buffalo and made it completely wrong. Never going to this subway again. Terrible.Capitol and Mclaughlin or capitol and senter is the subway to go!
