The veggies looked very very bad the tomatoes that he tried to put in my sandwich had black in the middle I told him if he can throw those pieces away the pickles, jalapeños and yellow peppers looked like they’ve been there for awhile.

I have issues here every time I mobile order, they NEVER make my sandwich right. This time I ordered online and they refused to give me my sandwich due to an issue on their end.Even with proof of my payment! They didn't help me whatsoever and customer support won't do anything about it, they wont answer the store phone # either so I just gave them my money for free.

I was gonna order a sandwich there, but as soon as I entered, this rancid smell hit my nose and when I was trying to order my food, the worker that was sitting at the cash register said I’m on break. I’m on break and told me to leave so yeah I would not recommend to go to this subway

Not good service, very slow, very stingy on vegetable reason I said that cuz in getting very little lettuce and 4 pcs of cucumber for one foot long sub out 3 sub. Which 2 sub just the meat.

This place used to be so great and taste really good, I’ve seen different management and employees take over & it’s just gone downhill. Food was not fresh and did not taste good.

Short review:

This is the second time I tried giving this location a try and I have to say I am disappointed. The last time I came here the soda machine had the same issue. It seems like the upkeep is always aimed at mediocre.

Long review:

I ordered a pepperoni dipper and a chicken dipper. I also got a footlong pretzel and soda through the Subway app. When I came in the employee was on the phone talking to someone. I stood there for a min or two without him noticing me. Once he saw me he asked if I teleported in? I was weirded out. He then proceeded to tell me their soda machines ice maker doesn’t work. He offered me a bottled soda as an alternative. I accepted.

It was kind of weird he also told me they do not have pretzels and that anytime before ordering I should call to make sure they have what I want to order.

I thought okay that is a weird request and shouldn’t they update that in their system to let people know it is not available to purchase. He then told me I needed to call the subway app to ask for a refund when I asked if it could be refunded. I have never heard of this and was looking for that option. I asked him if he could show me how I would do that through the app he could and didn’t know how.

He was accommodating and offered chips as an alternative to which I then accepted even though the monetary amount is less than the purchase was. He also gave me a cookie to try to make up for the difference.

I went back to my car and when I got home to eat the “rollers”. I realized they were not even made properly. The temperature was too cold.

Another customer came it while I was picking up my order and he was upset. He said something about how last time they did something rude to his son. I wasn’t sure what it was about, but I know the other customer was being kind of rude. The employee got aggressive and was a little rude back. I was just observing both of them as they argued with one another. The employee passive aggressively offered to write the managers number on receipt paper so the customer could call and complain about the service to the manager.

I never like to leave reviews. But dam this was bad. We came in at 6:40 to order 3 sandwiches. Before we could even talk this guy stopped us and asked us how many sandwiches we were ordering . After telling him he says no no too many sandwiches I need to go on break and you need to wait. We respectfully understood and proceeded to leave. As we are leaving another couple comes in. AND HE MAKES THEIR SANDWICHES.

I do not usually write reviews, but super bad.
Bad attention and the food they gave me was not what I asked for in my order.
I knew horrible and I preferred to throw it away.
Try to ask the ladies not to the gentleman of Barba as he is not at all helpful.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times already. I never minded the service until tonight. I walked in hoping to get some change. Instead I was greeted by a manager yelling at me about the floor being wet instead of normally announcing it when I opened the door. I asked if I could get change for a 100 dollar bill to which they said no and didn’t even give me an option to purchase a meal. Never going back again. I don’t recommend you dine here if you’re looking for a friendly face.

Don’t trust the hours on google if you need a late bite to eat they only will take DoorDash Uber eats orders. Had to go online while staring at the guy to get service.
