Parkeet I believe his name tag said was so slow and I don't know if he was being slow on purpose to annoy the other worker or cause he really just needs more training but either way it's a disservice to the customers.

I have always been coming to this branch because I live closeby. The lady that was handling me was very rude. This is my second time to have her as my server. The first time was very bad. I ordered 7 footlongs and remembered to add one more while she was still making my sandwiches. You know what she did, she asked me to go back in line to order my 8th sandwich. She was not even done making my 7 orders and I haven’t paid yet. So I told her. never mind I am not ordering anymore.Today, she is the doing the cashiering. I told her ahead of time that I want to buy the free sandwich with a $50 gift card purchase. This lady made pay the gift card and my 6 footlong sandwiches plus the gift card. So I paid a total of $117.80 for our lunch. When I told her why the amount was bigger than I expected, she made me so nervous with her rude and unhelpful demeanor.She is not customer friendly and she should not be in the food service at all. This branch will be losing lots of customers. I am not coming back to this branch even if this is the closest Subway from my house.The rest of the ladies that work here are very pleasant and nice. Just tried this subway out today and I met Vera. She was friendly and had amazing guest service. Not only did she have a fun talk with me but was able to teach the new worker how to help us properly as well. Thanks Vera!

The indian girl who was barley helping me had her headphones in and sloppily made my sandwich. She tossed everything on it while some of it was falling off. Then in the middle of making it, she was bossing around the nice quiet Mexican girl.I then told the Indian girl that I wanted to make it a meal with cookies, and she told me to get a drink from the fridge as the soda machine wasn’t working. Without giving me my receipt or cookies she says “ITS DONE” with so much attitude. Disgusting ugly attitude from this little Indian preteen.Don’t go here. BAD customer service from the indian girl.
