I have cancer and only have soup. 1 out 4 times I go here they have soup and no signs saying no soup. Today I ask for soup and they said yes I was so happy that I got 2. What a mistake. I told them don't need to much chicken just noodles. Went outside to eat my first one it had no noodles at all just chicken and carrots. just before I left I noticed someone else behind the counter went back in to get my money back.

My daughter and I had a good visit. The establishment is clean and it wasn't busy when we visited, that was nice. The only negative thing was the lack of parking .

This location has the WORST customer service out of couple subway locations around zip code 95131. I ordered three footlong and requested all to be cut in halves and all to be wrapped individually. I'm not trying to be difficult but there was a reason for my request because I was buying one for myself and family members to share. The lady that was working there only wrapped one footlong separately instead of all three. When I came to pay I asked if she could wrap them individually for me because she didn't hear me properly and she answered with an attitude saying "I did wrapped one for you already and those are already wrapped so why wrap it again." I can tell that she doesn't want to re-wrap for me as she was frowning her eyebrows, shoving stuff around so I didn't bother to deal with her any longer. To make the story short, I also asked for an extra bag to put one footlong for my aunt since she was driving in different car. Again, the lady showed her attitude and yank the plastic bag in front of my face. She then gave one piece of napkin which is absurd since we needed some extra to use to eat the sandwiches for our hiking trip. She had the audacity to say "we only allow one napkin per sandwich." To make it clear I ordered 3 sandwiches and I had ONE napkin in the bag. Now at this point , my blood was boiling because this lady was way out of the line the way she treated her customers. I'm sorry but if you don't like to do customer service jobs, maybe you shouldn't be working at a restaurant serving customers. People pay for their food and no one deserves the kind of treatment with that prejudice attitude like the lady that worked there. On top of that, I can tell she's talking trash about customers to her coworker because they were speaking in Spanish in front of customers. While waiting in line for my turn, they were also whispering and looking at the customer in front of me and did the same thing when she was taking my order. Totally unprofessional and unethical. Never again will I buy from this location. Do yourself a favor and get much better food and customer service at the subway on Brokaw road. They are a lot nicer and the amount and quality of food is much better than this location. The owner of this location should train their staff again because your service stinks.

I went and I didn't like itThere were two boys, it seemed that they were tired of everything, they pressed themselves with their hands and that's how they grabbed the food. They lacked training in how to handle the food.

I ordered my food via mobile. Went to the store and it was not ready yet, which is fine. I waited and saw one person working. She was ringing a customer up. She finally asked me after a quick minute of reviewing her ticket orders asked how she can help, answered, I'm here to pick up and gave her my name. She said it's not ready yet and she will make it now. Here is where the issue starts: 1. She does not have a face mask on 2. She used the same gloves she rung the other customer when making my food. 3. She went back to touch the register screen and back to making my sandwiches with the same gloves again. During this time, everyone who orders food need to be extra careful because some places who are making your food, there staff don't follow protocol and just don't care. I was there to witness all this and she did not even bother changing gloves until I questioned her. That is not acceptable whatsoever. To the store owner, I ended up taking my sandwiches and threw it straight into the garbage because I was afraid of eating it. I am requesting a refund once you read this review or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you choose to open during this time where everyone is extra worried about their health you need to keep up your end of the bargain by making sure your staff is protected and protect your customers by preparing food the correct way. If you can't hold up to something simple, don't open and potentially cause more harm to the public. Thank you. I hope to hear from you so I can provide the info for my transaction for a refund.

Great experience. Bread ? was perfect and soft as cotton. Everything was fresh and assembled perfectly as I wanted. Employees are very helpful. Overall very good experience.
