just had lunch at this subway the meatballs were seriously under cooked but what made the meal worse was the male worker making the sandwiches he had a real lousy attitude like you were bothering him i seriously recommend going to any subway but this one if i could i would not even give it a half a star!!!!!

Really kind staff. Great sandwiches. What a Subway location should be, this one is.Parking: Parking is generally okay, with 10-15 spaces in the nearby vicinity. Usually about 7 spaces are taken up, but you get food within 5-10 min, 20 at most (If it's crowded), so parking's generally not a worry.

I've been to several Subway locations in San Jose, and this is probably the best one so far! I placed an order online when I saw they had a BOGO deal for ordering online/app, so I figured why not. I customized my Italian BMT and Rotisserie-style chicken sandwich and it was actually really good. I got to the store a few minutes before my pick-up time and they were in the middle of making my order. I knew it would be good when I picked up my bag and it was heavy. They definitely did not skimp on the filling. Honestly, this was the most solid sandwich I've ever had at Subway. It'll be my go-to location from now on.

Really sad how a online order can't be done correctly. Its in writing, not sure how that gets wrongs? I gave this place 3 chances with online orders. Could not eat my food. They didn't follow instructions. Wasted my money and lunch time.

Purchased a PRO sandwich on two different occasions which costs an upgrade fee and both times, the sandwiches barely had enough meat to cover the sandwich. Owner sent THE EXACT SAME response both times to my complaint with a promise to inform his team of this mistake "to prevent this from happening in the future" which indicates to me that he saw a negative comment and immediately just copy pasted a response to me. He asks why I want my money back on a sandwich that is unacceptably prepared. Feel free to look at my upgraded "PRO" sandwich and tell me what you think. Although I'm in the area all the time, I will never come back to this poor excuse for a restaurant

PSA: Subway now has Hero bread!! It has little to no carbs which is great if you are looking for a quick and easy meal on the go. I always get the veggie patty and load it up with all the veggies. Its always a refreshing and satisfying meal. This location is clean and has friendly staff. There is plenty of parking right out front. I'm new to the neighborhood and will quickly become a regular at this location :).

No more $5 foot longs for the day of the week. They've added super FL. Prices about $11 for a FL and $7.5 for 6". New sandwiches like Baja jack etc.
