The people who work here are dead on the inside. I feel bad for them.

They are very rude!!! Bread is hard!! They will forget? The mayo mustard and even oil and vinegar. Lucky if you get meat. Order subway club got 1 piece of ham roast beef and Turkey. Save your money and go to another subway . Even my cookies were hard

Would not go to this Subway I've tried to call to speak to a manager and they pick up the phone and then hang up and they've done this to me three times.
They overcharge me for a sandwich and nearly charged me $14 didn't give me a receipt and then as far overpriced than what their advertising and didn't even tell me how much the sandwich was.
Typical Subway restaurant. Then service was prompt and helpful. The food is great as always. Im just sad they got rid of the nacho cheese sandwich and ghost pepper bread!!
Everything was ok they were a bit stingy with the meat and toppings. The place looked very clean & not busy at all.
I ordered to-go and I was impressed. I got a veggie sandwich, and usually people skimp out on the veggies. Very professional and my food was very presentable! In addition, the restaurant was super clean! Keep up the excellent service!

Yesterday I ordered a sub through the app in the evening after getting off of work. I arrive to the subway location to pick up my order and informed the worker, who I think was the franchisee, I was here to pick up my order. He points to my order that is sitting on the counter, bagged, and tells me to grab it. Little weird, but I left.
Today I go back to grab another sub for my lunch break. I walk in and see the same person from the night before, he is helping another customer and he asking me, order or pick up, with an annoyed tone in his voice. I informed him I was here for a pick up, he tells me, its on the counter. Today it was not bagged, he tells me to grab it. I asked him if I can have a bag. He tells me it will be 11 cents. I asked him, why 11 cents today if he didn't charge me for a bag the night before. He tells me because he didn't charge me yesterday... what? I have yet to go to a subway where I order online and they do not bag the sandwiches until today, and I tell the franchisee this. He claims it is a policy at all subways, sure. I tell him to have a good day and he rudely tells me "you are wrong sir." I do not plan to go back to this location, even though its only a minute away from work. I also did not get napkins both times I went to this location, it is what it is. If I am wrong about the policy I will update this post.

Love subway sandwiches for its freshness but this store destroy my good memories of Subway forever. A middle-aged male waiter seems not to care the customer at all, keep using the white cheese while I kept asking for the pepper jack. Few tomatoes and spinich leaves scrunched in the tank bottom and he said no more though it is noon then. All he did makes me feeling the Subway was going bankrupt - weird!!!

I believe the service at this particular Subway location could be improved. The customer service from the older woman at the front counter has been consistently rude, and there seems to be a lack of attention to detail when making the sandwiches. I think it's important for the Subway corporate office to thoroughly assess this location to ensure it maintains the high standards expected from a reputable establishment.

They didn’t allow customers to use their bathroom even they have one, didn’t give customers extra veggies while other Subway stores would do. I didn’t eat anything except the food from this store and I had a diarrhea after eating their food 30 minutes later. I will never come back!

Terrible service, woman at the counter, Karan, was extremely rude, asked to wash my hands and she said “we have sanitizer” my hands were covered in dirt, as if sanitizer is gonna do anything, go to a different subway

Nice quiet place to eat a sandwich. It was noon on Saturday and the place was empty. Lot of parking available as well.
