Worst subway Ive ever been to. Ive given it a few chances but every time my bread is stale and the overall sandwich quality is terrible. . They also give less meat so I started getting double meat and it just makes it closer to what the standard amount should be.

It sucks that this location is so conveniently next to the gym because this is probably one of the worst subways I’ve been to. They skimp out on the meat, they’re terrible at constructing the sandwiches the bread is stale and dry and there’s always something wrong with either the bathroom or their POS system.

Ordered 2 veggie delight, barely any veggies in it, order instructions not followed whatsoever. Very dry barely any sauce. I also put the note in addition to ensure they read and thank you as well. Makes no freaking difference to them. Made very poorly and feel annoyed and cheated out of money for overpriced piece of bread.

“SEVERE FOOD POISONING INCIDENT”!
I am extremely frustrated by my experience at the Subway located at 1095 E Brokaw Rd #60, San Jose, CA. After eating a sandwich there, about an hour and a half later, I became violently ill with severe vomiting and diarrhea. The symptoms only worsened over the next several hours, and I developed dizziness and a mild fever that lasted for two days. I was so unwell that I had to take sick leave from work to recover.
Once I had some strength back, two days later, I called the store's customer service hotline and left a message, as the system promised I would receive a response within 24 hours. It's now been over 24 hours and still no one has contacted me. This lack of follow-up and accountability is completely unacceptable.
Subway must take immediate action to address this serious health issue. It's shocking that a well-known brand like Subway would completely disregard customer safety and ignore complaints. I expect a prompt response and demand that Subway investigate the food safety standards at this location. Never do a take-out order from here. I placed two footlongs to go through the App and both were horribly made. It barely had any sauces and the whole sub was too dry to eat!
