The customer service at this location is appalling. Very rude staff that barely understand English in the first place. No wonder they have a 1.5 stars on yelp. They don’t wash their hands when they make the sandwich and when I called to ask a simple question, the lady got frustrated and hung up on me and then I had to call a total of eight more times for her to answer. Responding very rudely that they were busy when I was actually in the parking lot looking right at them laughing and not responding or answering the phone on purpose. When I asked to speak to the manager, they said she’ll be here tomorrow. When I asked for the person’s name, she said, and I quote “she knows my name” Besides that she was super rude, and I could practically hear her rolling her eyes over the phone. If you don’t like your job quit, but don’t put customers through such horrendous customer service because either you’re having a bad day or you dislike your job. I feel bad for Subway as a company, losing customers and business because of such horrible employees

EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! The old lady rolled her eyes and was so disrespectful all the time without any reason. When I questioned if this is the way to behave with customers she nodded her head. She was a Mexican and she was nice to other Spanish speaking person. If she wants to be racist then she should go back to Mexico where she will find her kind of people. Don’t live in California where all the races r living peacefully. DONT GO THIS PLACE IF U R ETHICAL AND LOVE YOUR COUNTRY! THROW OUT THESE KIND OF PEOPLE!

You guys were so efficient, working as a team, super attentive and accommodating taking out fresh lettuce for me without question to give the best freshest sandwich to all your customers even tho we didn’t ask for it!! Had an experience with an (possibly new?) employee who had trouble speaking up or giving any sort of eye contact to engage with the customer to complete an order...but the situation was remedied by a professional manager who more than made up for the awkward beginning.

There's at least 2 other Subway restaurants near this one, but this is open the latest. The service is good, although there's no restroom available on site. Therefore it is best to come to this location for take-out orders.
