EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! The old lady rolled her eyes and was so disrespectful all the time without any reason. When I questioned if this is the way to behave with customers she nodded her head. She was a Mexican and she was nice to other Spanish speaking person. If she wants to be racist then she should go back to Mexico where she will find her kind of people. Don’t live in California where all the races r living peacefully. DONT GO THIS PLACE IF U R ETHICAL AND LOVE YOUR COUNTRY! THROW OUT THESE KIND OF PEOPLE!

BEST SUBWAYS IN SJ!! Thank you to the two sweet ladies who took my order at 920PM 10 minutes before closing! Our food tasted great!! You guys were so efficient, working as a team, super attentive and accommodating taking out fresh lettuce for me without question to give the best freshest sandwich to all your customers even tho we didn’t ask for it!! Had an experience with an (possibly new?) employee who had trouble speaking up or giving any sort of eye contact to engage with the customer to complete an order...but the situation was remedied by a professional manager who more than made up for the awkward beginning.

There's at least 2 other Subway restaurants near this one, but this is open the latest. The service is good, although there's no restroom available on site. Therefore it is best to come to this location for take-out orders.

I did my first order at my work computer. the website froze and never confirmed my order. So i gave in and installed the app. The worker called me to say that I double ordered and cancelled one of the orders when I called back. I was very grateful for workers consideration. Thank you!

Awful! I went in and made sure that they knew that I had a coupon for two foot longs, since they don't speak English very well I guess she didn't understand that I wanted two sandwiches on the coupon. We went through the whole process of making my sandwiches and when we got to the end the other lady said this sandwich is not included, like wth? I told you I wanted to use a coupon why would you continue to make a sandwich when you know I want to use a coupon?! So both sandwiches went to waste because of a communication problem. F this Subway, don't come here EVER go to a different Subway!!!!!
