Used to be pretty good before new corp owners. Got basic chicken w provolone chese toasted as usual, but the chese tasted a bit chewy instead of smooth. Also no tap water option here, as available at other places. So many other places to try like Charley's cheesesteaks, McDonald's...

I have came several times this year, overall consistent with the sandwiches and quality. Staff are amicable and quick service. Plenty of seating in the food court. Plenty of parking outside.

I used to get my sandwiches from this location for over 3 years in between $12-15 Now the new owner suddenly jacked up the price and does not take online coupons. The same sandwich cost me now $18-20. Very bad business.
they made a mistake and doubled a child's order then got rude with him then got rude with me the grandmother. and after purchasing a drink it was expired by 6 days and the cashier was arrogant and rude. when I showed her the bottle with the expiration date she said don't you check the expirations before you buy something? then don't talk to me talk to my manager. horrible customer service the food was fine the manager made good on the drink but the whole experience to celebrate something that he had accomplished was absolutely devastated by these nasty actions. we just wanted to give the neighborhood businesses some business I used to buy tons of sandwiches for the soccer team from there. unbelievable and actually traumatizing to a kid.

Asked her again for more she told me they don't have enough for the day. Excuse me. Umm I'm paying for the dam sub. If I want lots of spinach it should not be a problem. If their lettuce was good I would have the lettuce. But it always looks old.
