Didn't honor recent up to date coupon

Rude employees and orders are wrong and dinky every single time. Always missing ingredients. And always really low on toppings. Don't work customer service if you're going to hate your job. And make help avaliable in the app instead of making it SO HARD to find the location you actually have to go on Google to leave a review instead. You can't even search for a location, you have to sift through and hope to find your location. Do better.

As someone who works in customer service, I am so disappointed. Everyone there is so rude and very short tempered and snippy. I wanted to use one of my coupons and the worker refused. He wouldn't let me get a word out without rushing me. They locked the doors early when someone was trying to come in and the actually laughed as he walked away. The environment was clean and the food was good but I'm so confused how people in costumer service act so rude.

I'm handicapped. I door dashed multiple times. I called 3 times that I wanted extra tomatoes and mayonnaise. The third time I didn't get any mayonnaise. It's not the first time!!!!! I got 2 sandwiches with out mayonnaise. They told me to come get a replacement, but I couldn't because I got out of the hospital. I can't walk or drive. I call them to ask for extra tomatoes and mayonnaise. I get a dry sandwich. I paid for door dash to deliver. This store doesn't care. I wish I could get my money back. I'll never order from them again!!!! I'm pissed off.

They systematically refuse to open the restroom. I ate there, all you need is a restroom after your meal. They claimed the lights don't work.

The lady who works saturday mornings has the worst attitude ever. Literally as soon as I walked in she put a face on. The guy however greeted us with a smile. So we chose to order and right away she started by giving the worst attitude ever so we choose to walk out. Sucks that this restaurant is loosing costumers simply for the nasty attitude of that worker.

First off your subway app didn't work for this location couldn't order 3 footlongs then when my wife went in to order the Mexican lady behind the counter wouldn't honor the coupons and kept arguing with her when she order all 3 she rang her up but was trying to charge her more then what the coupon we had very unprofessional until the manager came from the back and still didn't understand the coupon they really need training on handling customer service and learning the register on coupons we will no longer be coming to THIS SUBWAY I order a meatball sandwich and there's no sauce and I ordered pepper jack cheese she gave me yellow Americans very disappointing

Subway is subway...and for me to take the time out of my day to leave a bad review sure means a lot. I went into this location to buy some food, and as soon as I walked in, the first thing I saw was an unhappy, unfriendly, and annoyed worker. She just stared, she was obviously Hispanic so I spoke Spanish and she responded in English so I said fine, not a problem. Her attitude of asking for what kind of bread and veggies was horrible! All around customer service is bad at that the location. I didn't get name because her name tag was blank. Hope people don't have to put up with this like I did. Never coming back again.

food was good service was good but on google it says it accepted ebt which is lie i went in & i had to pay with my own money i was hungry & im not going to leave when she made sandwich so i pay for it or don't want to sell it with the ebt because its cost less so i don't know here the proof look it up yourself

They just threw my sandwich together without asking me about any of my preferences. I specifically asked for no pickles and they put pickles on there anyway and then when I asked them to take them off, they refused and then pretended like they didn’t speak English. I ordered a wrap, and rolled up in a flatbread like some weird opened sandwich will never be coming back

I like this Subway store because they have a very welcoming environment and serve food to people with a smile. I also appreciate the fact that they are not stingy with veggies in a sandwich. Keep up the great work, guys. Thank you
