I asked for double meat and didn't get it..the lady said it was double meat I have been getting that for years extra ham..turkey..salami on any sandwich I get from anywhere and plus now you can't even see the meat that's not good at ALL..A customerwalked out because he couldn'tsee the meat !!!!!!!

Garbage place, DO NOT GO. They cancel your online order if you have use any promo provided by subway app and make you wait and pay full price. reporting to corporate.

I had to leave a bad review because the customer service here is very poor. The lady with glasses that helped me was very rude and for some reason when I asked for oil and vinegar she drenched my sandwich with it. I won't come back here.
Worst experience ever. The lady who made my sandwich asked her female coworker to pass the cheese. The female co-worker was making meat sandwiches, and she handed out the cheese with the same gloves.When I said, please don't do this as I am a vegetarian; they started talking in Spanish and laughing. You know that they just made fun of you in a different language.The lady did not change her meat gloves before touching the veggie section—horrible customer service. It needs to be reported to the FDA.Not vegetarian friendly.Zero stars
I've eaten here 5 times and my tuna sandwich has consistently been the best among all the subways I've eaten around this area. So much that I feel compelled to leave this review as appreciation, which I wouldn't normally do. Service has been fine, I've had no problem.

WORST ever experience. I ordered from the app using a coupon. The lady just refused to serve the order saying I was paying too less for the sandwich. I asked to atleast get the money back if she doesn't want to give the sandwich. She refused to give that either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Worst experience ever out of all the subways i have been to. She doesnt understand anything and when i ask her a question she dont understand but when i ask for more vegies she says its extra money.
I have ordered Subway from this outlet a couple of times. I am writing this review at 7.50 which is 10 mins prior to store closes. I have been waiting here for 15 min as they wont let me in and ultimately the lady denied that she ant make me a sandwich. I ordered at 7pm which is one hour prior to what store closes. Pathetic customer service. Why would they accept my order and charge me if they don’t want to make a sandwich. i would have given ZERO STAR if possible.
The place is supposed to be open till 5pm. It is 4:13pm now and the lady is completely shut down. I asked anyway as if I was going to get an answer and sure enough she acted like she didn't speak English. Surprise, I asked in perfect conversational Spanish guess what she didn't speak Spanish either. Actually she didn't even hear in Spanish. This is what happens when an owner doesn't care about whether or not you are a patron of his business. I will not stop there again. Not for gas not for anything

Horrible service I have never experienced with Subway, yesterday (May 16th 2022) around 5:05pm stopped by this location ( in Chevron gas station next to Montague cross O'Toole) for a sandwich, a middage lady ( not sure she is the owner or employee) was calculating something on a piece of napkin, I waited about 2 minutes she doesn't even look at me, so I ask her: Can I place order or you may need more time? she waive her hand said: find something else! I don't believe what she said so ask her again: you dont want take order right? she keep her eyes on the napkin no answer at all....
