The worst subway in the Bay Area. It’s a shame. There needs to be new ownership. It’s sad because it once was ran well. Now it just sucks.

Horrible location. Food is standard subway food, but workers and managers are horrible. Curt and rude and they are very skimpy on portions to the point they don’t let you choose your toppings without adding cost. Service is also slow. Don’t ever go here. The one on Stevens creek is much better and pretty close.

extremely unfriendly, sat to order from the app and they kicked us out for some reason until the order went through. One of my friends ordered food and they only allowed him to have 2 napkins?? what?? avoid at all costs theres a subway around each corner this one is particularly awful.

Rude and disrespectful people. Rejects and voids orders via app that to used a coupon even though the coupon was accepted via the ordering app. Management seems chaotic.

Terrible Subway. Do not recommend. Very unfriendly. I am a bicycle tourist and have been able to roll my bike inside 100s of Subway’s nationwide to pick up food so my bike and its gear do not get stolen, but not this one. They do not like bikes even though there is plenty of space inside to roll in and out.

Rude employee. I walked into the empty Subway to pick up my order. The Asian Indian lady worker came out from the back so I said "Hi, I have a pick up for 2 wraps?" she replied "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" like I'm her child. I just stared at her in confusion for 3 seconds and I said my name... she told me to "just check your name" pointed at the pickup area and went back in.

This store will not accept the coupon that's advertised on the front page of Subway's website. I already created my order so I ordered anyways.

There's a Subway on De Anza and West Gate Mall.

Male owner will sometimes work the counter, and he’s not friendly. And meager portions is how he makes a sandwich. If you want a fair/decent amount, he wants to charge you more money. I like the two women that work the counter, but the owner is not professional with customer service.
