Rude and disrespectful people. Rejects and voids orders via app that to used a coupon even though the coupon was accepted via the ordering app. Management seems chaotic.

Best service. Great personality of the staff. Clean environment.I asked about the coupons that why they are not accepting the coupons She explained that accepting the coupons are optional based on what it said on the coupon "in participant store" that is why some stores are not participating in coupons or any promotions.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and the old lady told me I can only get onion and peppers as my topping! WTF! I've gone to other Subways and never been told that. Won't come back again!

Terrible Subway. Do not recommend. Very unfriendly. I am a bicycle tourist and have been able to roll my bike inside 100s of Subway’s nationwide to pick up food so my bike and its gear do not get stolen, but not this one. They do not like bikes even though there is plenty of space inside to roll in and out.

Male owner will sometimes work the counter, and he’s not friendly. And meager portions is how he makes a sandwich. If you want a fair/decent amount, he wants to charge you more money. I like the two women that work the counter, but the owner is not professional with customer service.

Ordered a footlong sandwich and brought a coupon. Told me after the fact that their store doesn't take coupons. My coupon was 8.99 for footlong of my choice, chips and a drink. I ended up spending over 10 dollars with out the drink or chips. I'd leave no stars if I had that choices

Rude employee. I walked into the empty Subway to pick up my order. The Asian Indian lady worker came out from the back so I said "Hi, I have a pick up for 2 wraps?" she replied "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" like I'm her child. I just stared at her in confusion for 3 seconds and I said my name... she told me to "just check your name" pointed at the pickup area and went back in.This store will not accept the coupon that's advertised on the front page of Subway's website. I already created my order so I ordered anyways.There's a Subway on De Anza and West Gate Mall.

My kid want subway so I bring him here to eat, but the employees are rude. Keep telling me what I cannot do. Will try another location and hope they are friendlier.

Worst subway ever - their foot longs are smaller than other places, they charge for bags, they don't accept coupons for the past two years, the food makers are super stingy..... the list goes on. Totally not worth the price! Will not be back unless major changes are made.
