They were making my sandwich and I asked for a few extra onion slices, and they told me they had to charge me.Not extra meat, not extra cheese, a little more onion.And then she wasted my time by showing me the little chart that tells her how much onion she's allowed to put on a sandwich.No wonder this restaurant chain is failing.

Horrible customer service. I came in this afternoon to get a sandwich. The only lady that was working apparently had a online order of 3 sandwiches she was making. She did not even look up and acknowledge me, especially when I am standing there. She could've just said, "I'll be with you in a moment" or "Sorry, please give me a few minutes as I have a big order". I would have been okay with either, but she kept going for 5 minutes and didn't even look up so I decided not to eat there because I felt disrespected. Just lost a sale due to very poor service if you ask me.

We actually got 2 sandwiches to eat them later, we couldn't believe how it could get that much more delicious after 3 hours. We were loosing our minds and no we weren't high. Lol

This is such a weird Subway. The food is always good and prepared well. However, do not expect much at all in the way of service. I know they get some colorful characters in their store but they do not need to treat everyone like they are low lives. They do take EBT here which is a nice bonus.

I hope they have zero star ratings here. I ordered for the very first time cookies from this store. Its hard as a rock! I told the lady, she just said I don't know, I don't care. And she gave me broken pieces of cookies?! I paid a full price and expected a full correct whole cookie pieces. I told her to change it or refund me my money. She just ignored. BUYERS BEWARW! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE LOCATION!!! SCAMMER LADY SCAMMER EMPLOYEES AND SHE THINKS ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AS SHE LOOKS AT THEM DIFFERENTLY AND BAD.

I ordered online at Subway went in San Jose near my house when I ordered online my order got taken four times I went to Subway to pick up my order and they had made one sandwich but four times $20 was taken out of my account and my bank said it went straight to subways account I have tried to contact customer service I've called every number I could find online nobody ever gets back with me customer service is a joke to Subway they owe me money no one will get back to me this is a multi million dollar company and yes that's a lot of money to me I do Door dash for a living the store that it happened at gave me back $20 but they still owe me $42 and everyone is ignoring me and I'm really getting upset how they treat people there if anybody knows how I can get in contact with someone that can give me my money back please let me know And now because they're ignoring me it's the principle and this happened on August 6 my name is Carla and my phone number is 408-375-4088
