Honestly my favorite subway location. I’ve worked in this plaza for almost a decade and this place has always been a reliable spot to get lunch. The staff at this location are always warm and welcoming, and I never have to wait long in line or pre-ordering on the app, and the quality has always been consistent. 10/10, great job to the team here

I have been going to this Subway almost every other week for three years now in the evenings. The two ladies working the evening shift are some of the most kind and hardest working employees I have met in San Jose. They are always on it, always pleasant and always helpful. Subway as a fast food has sadly deteriorated in the last decade, less options etc but that’s a corporate issue. The place is always immaculate in cleanliness and the service has always been fast.

Ordered for pickup but maybe this wasn’t the best idea because even after selecting extra condiments and notating it in the special instructions, this is the most dry sandwich I’ve ever had the displeasure of attempting to eat.

One of the worst subway store I’ve ever went to. They’re always in a mad rush to prepare the sandwich, not even heating the bread properly or wrapping it properly. My sandwich contents spilled all over since there was no tape! Highly disappointed!

A decent Subway in North San Jose near the River Oaks parkway. The eatery is large, and has a few tables inside. The service is speedy and the staff are friendly. The usual Subway fare is available. Parking is available on the adjacent parking lot. Highly recommended.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian items are available.
10 cents for a bag which is already included in the sandwich prices. Bad management enforcing this stupid rule. and why is it same price for egg and cheese compared.to ham egg and cheese? No meat.should be cheaper. Terrible store.
