A decent Subway in North San Jose near the River Oaks parkway. The eatery is large, and has a few tables inside. The service is speedy and the staff are friendly. The usual Subway fare is available. Parking is available on the adjacent parking lot. Highly recommended.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian items are available.
10 cents for a bag which is already included in the sandwich prices. Bad management enforcing this stupid rule. and why is it same price for egg and cheese compared.to ham egg and cheese? No meat.should be cheaper. Terrible store.

This subway should not be sending out coupons if you the owner/staff do not know how to properly honor their coupons. Very Clearly the coupon said Any Subway Sandwich @ 7.99, and in the fine print there were no exclusions. I asked which subway sandwiches the coupons would be valid on and more than 80 percent of the menu was excluded. This is false advertising and unfair to your customers. I come to this specific subway on a daily basis to say Hi to the staff who are very respectful, and to order a meal. I feel like if this is the way this establishment is run, I wont be spending a penny here anymore. Clearly this "New" Subway owner needs to start understanding how false advertisements effects their business.

They don't honor the coupons that subway sends to my mailbox every month. They are down the street from where I live, so it is not like I'm out of area. They have a little sign that they put out whenever the coupons are out. They used to not accept the coupons but then came the sign. They will tell you you can't order off the new menu when you order off the old menu they will exclude things like the BMT. Many times I've just paid without the coupon because they discourage the coupon use as much as possible. Are they a Subway franchisee or not??? If they are not they should take down the Subway sign and rename their shop.
The person at the counter is very rude and arrogant. If we take coupons he alters and charge the highest amount. Coupons are not

This is a simple choice for daily meals. Viewed and rated from the perspective of affordable consumption, it is a very standard subway. If you want to add more dishes, just ask the clerk and they will help you add them. There is no extra charge. There is no need to tip when paying for takeout. The store also It was OK. Even though my English was very poor, I was able to complete the whole process smoothly and get my meal.
