Ordered on app for pick up, the staff was v rude. Didn't follow my special instructions I mentioned in the app, forgot to give me dip which comes with the order. Really annoying. Worst subway experience ever.

The woman working here around noon time is very rude and racist, very mean behavior, makes you never want to come to this location! I rather go elsewhere now, they must be losing business over her terrrible insane behavior
