We ordered food from here and our sandwich had a piece of plastic in our food which not only is it disgusting but it's also very unappetizing. None of us ate our food afterwards. Also the lettuce was extremely dry and weird tasting, terrible!

We've been here 5 or more times and everything has been great every single time. Theyre extremely friendly, make great sandwiches, and they still have the buy 2 footlongs get 1 free after 4 pm. Also, they dont upcharge you an additional cost for eggs in the egg and cheese sandwich. Also they are very clean. The eating area is clean and they change their gloves accordingly.

Received EXCELLENT service from both Claudia and the store manager.

The Subway app is terrible and notified me to place my order before 9:30 which I did, but it didn't tell me the store closes at 9:30.. so I got there when it was closed. And of course the app has no phone number or way to contact anyone, or a way to refund. Orders that are after hours don't even get sent or received by the store's system, so while my app shows I ordered and has an order number and I got charged, the store has no history of it. That's not their fault, its corporate's fault. Shame on them.

Even after not having received my order and/or payment they were nice enough to still make me the sandwich during my next visit which is all I really wanted anyway. At the end of the day, $10 is a lot to spend for something you never received and nobody wants to feel robbed, which I would've had it not been for the staff here and their generosity. It wasn't their fault but they still took it personally upon themselves to make it right and make sure I wasn't unhappy. Superb store and service.

The sandwich was for my mom and she said it was scrumptious, so thank you Claudia and management!

They are typically fair with service and they are the less busy Subway from the one in the nearby Almaden Plaza. The staff is more courteous and professional.

Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options. Just that the veg pattie's are not listed on the menu.

Parking: Easy parking because the complex isn't busy.
