Good thing they stay open late. No extra Star because I ordered the number three monster sandwich two dollars more than the regular steak sandwich. What's the point barely any meat inside. Supposed to be 2X cheese barely any cheese, and when he did put more cheese after it was cold cheese not toasted I don't feel like arguing. I don't know if he does not know the ingredients for the sandwich or they are just stingy. I noticed all the male customers did get more meat and their sandwich which was weird. Don't come to this location unless you want very small amounts of meat inside of your sandwich. Also, small amount of salad which I could care less about. I wanted more meat it's a NO for me.

Zero stars!!!! I'm so tired of everywhere you go you have incompetent people "working"! Take out food costs a fortune and if you don't check your bags and open up your sandwich you ordered, you can be sure something is missing. I ordered in store a 6" sandwich with a veggie patty, picked some other stuff to put on and wanted it hot. Not only was it ice cold, also they forgot to put the patty on it, but of course i was charged. Very frustrating, when you pick up food after a day of not eating and then you get an empty sandwich!!! Unacceptable!!!!

They are typically fair with service and they are the less busy Subway from the one in the nearby Almaden Plaza. The staff is more courteous and professional.Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options. Just that the veg pattie's are not listed on the menu.Parking: Easy parking because the complex isn't busy.

Love Subway! This day I ordered two footlongs. As the second sandwich was being made, I noticed that my subway sandwich received skimpy portions of ingredients normally put on sandwiches. Sure enough when I was eating it, I noticed there was insufficient ingredients toward the ends of the sandwich, practically no tomatoes and goodies to speak of. I was greatly dissapinted. As a frequent customer to many Subways, I feel I know how the sandwich is made and the amount of ingredients placed in them. Greatly dissapointed.

Workers there are rude with such horrible attitudes. Every time I go to this location sandwiches are made messy and fall apart the moment. Orders are always made incorrectly and they don't even care. Honestly the drive to the other subway on Almaden right by the Costco is much better than this one. They should just close this location down.

There was nothing wrong with the store or the service. I give it 4 stars because the prices are so damn high I might as well eat at a far better restaurant. They have jumped exponentially. 9 bucks for 4 scoops of tuna on a roll was just too much.

3rd time at this restaurant and all 3 were terrible experiences. When getting salads they put stuff on that we asked not to be put on and didn't cut the meat. No lettuce and handfulls of green bell peppers. That we asked to be left out.
