The service was terrible. The guy didn't know how to make the sandwich; he put hardly any vegetables and only three slices of cheese on the footlong. It was ridiculous, he doesn't know anything. I'll never go back; I'd rather make them at home.

Worst Subway Experience Ever I never thought I’d leave a review for Subway, but this location was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. If you want to save your money—and avoid being even more frustrated when you’re hungry—stay away from this place.
We placed an online pickup order, and it felt like the server or owner decided that since we weren’t there in person, they could cut corners. We requested four dressings on both sandwiches, but only got two. No cheese was added, and there were barely any vegetables. It was essentially just plain bread.
I’ve eaten Subway from dozens of locations, and this was by far the worst. Honestly, you’re better off grabbing a quick bite from McDonald’s or simply cooking at home rather than wasting money here.
If anyone else has had a similar experience, please like this review so more people are aware.

The Subway crew at Almaden Plaza are very rude.
I requested them 2 sandwiches and one Nachos. In nachos, I told them to replace the meat with Veggie Patty. The older lady said NO very rudely and I was like ok wow !! - then I said if not then add more veggies and older lady again said NO WE CANNOT DO IT and said the price would be 14$ and we cannot reduce it so I said ok I don't want it.
So then I started paying for the two sandwiches but the younger lady/Girl said you are being STINGY because you are not buying the Nachos.
I was like excuse me .. first of all don't talk to a customer like that and how dare she talks to a customer and call us names. BTW before telling me STINGY why don't you guys be flexible and if not atleast don't charge us more if you are not able to substitute meat with veggies. You guys instead are being stingy with your add-ons and so reluctant to adapt to what a customer wants.
The younger lady was super rude and arrogant in her behavior. I would recommend not to go to this place unless you want to be humiliated.
My goal was to taste the food and do a catering for my kids birthday.
Because of her rude behavior SUBWAY just lost a potential opportunity / business and I am sure will lose lot more in the future because of their crew's behavior.
Please EDUCATE AND TRAIN your crew on how to talk to a customer.

I'm only giving it a 2 star just because subway in general is taking out cucumbers and I can't have subway without my cucumbers so please bring it back. but I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. it's literally subway itself need to bring cucumbers back.
