Oh my god, excellent customer service, I will definitely come back again, the lady named Maria was very kind and gave me a good experience at this place.
For a place with zero customers, the staff really know how to make you not come back. My order was not complicated at all. Only had a total of 6 things, including the meat and cheese. When the staff member started adding the vegetables, i was barely given spinach, bell peppers, and red onions. As a customer, i know if you ask for more of things, you would be charged for it. So I just paid and left the store disappointed with both the food and my choice of establishment. I decided that it was bs to pay for a 13 dollar sandwich (i only got a sandwich) and not get it exactly how I wanted it. Once, I came back and asked for a redo or a refund. I was told that once I walked out of the building, there was nothing that could be offered.
Rather than offering me a manager's number or information, I was given a lecture about speaking up. I then asked for when a manager would be in, and ROMONA, the staff member, explained that there is so schedule for a manager and they show up whenever.

Found a piece of hair in my sub, this new hire is just getting by. The ingredients here aren’t the best and during your next visit, you can see the dry ice in the vegetable tubs, bad quality overall.
Nothing will replace the original Quiznos at this location!

I really like going to this store but the repeated bad experience from online ordering thru subway app. prompted this review. Regardless of the options, selected in the app., end result is a hastily prepared low quality sandwich. Not toasted, frozen cold patty, different cheese, skimped on veggies. Not sure why such nonchalance towards online ordering. Hopefully owners can improve this experience.

Bathroom had said out of order for over a year. They do not want patrons using the restroom. They never have more than one person working, so it can be slow if people do come here. They don't put much on the sandwich. Overall, a very bad subway.

Not sure if they even know how to prepare a subway sandwich.The sandwich that I ordered was extremely dry. The lady who prepared the sandwich was very stingy about adding sauces. Essentially, sandwiches have no flavor or taste without sauces. This is my second such experience here.

I gave it a 1 star tonight because yall need to staff accordingly! Because this woman was by herself making online orders and had a long line! It’s 6 and she’s by herself? Not cool at all. She’s always so nice and makes our food exceptionally well when my family and I come every other week. I wish her the best and hopefully someone sees this and helps her out.

This subway is not good, people behind the counter are not respectful and have attitude. This is not first time, this happened so many time. If you order online, they really get mad and put even less ingredients is your sandwich. They get really mad when you bring a coupon. Subway Franchise, please do something, this is impacting your brand!
