Five stars for this Subway location. They got my hubby through the pandemic! Very pleasant people behind the counter. food prepared to a tee, and online orders always on time and correctly done. Look no further, if you want a subway in San Jose, this is the place for you!

Excellent service! I buy sandwiches at this place all the times and they are pretty good at making the sandwiches with care. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the server #209 that did my sandwiches took extra care and even wrapped it in foil and paper on the outside. I don't remember that other server did it like this before but I'm glad that server #209 did that today. Love it

Disgusting & Awful subway. It seems to me a fake subway. I ordered online, and they had nothing. At first they refused to refund me. Later on they refund but I don't know how long it will take . Though I am just 0.2 miles away, but i will never go there. They are short of supplies all the time. They sell the rotten cookies, and so on... My suggestion is to avoid this Subway. I waited for one week, but no refund yet
I went in for a veggie delite. Too bad the guy failed to tell me when I ordered that, at 12:30 pm on a weekday, they only had lettuce, tomato, and pickles. That's hardly a veggie delite. And since he had it halfway made, I paid for that sandwich. Not that I can afford to feed others, but I hope the homeless man I gave it too liiked it. I went to another Subway.

The only reason why I'm giving this place a 5 star is because of your associate Ulises. He made the transaction so smooth and easy (compared to other people.) Not only does he treat customers with respect, but his communications skills through out the whole process was excellent. I recommend everyone to be helped by Ulises!!!

When I walked into subway I immediately felt the warm smiles of the two workers named Robert and Lesly! They do a great job in making sure you get whatever you want on your sand-which and they always offer other items that were just put on the menu. The service is always A1 and the place is always clean when I walk in. I LOVE THIS SUBWAY!!!! The guy who made my sandwhich was really cute he was little bit short with short brown hair and his girlfriend looked jealous at me which was fun. but overall i love this subway so much!!!!
