I had very bad experience three times at this location.First time, the sandwich was very thin and weightless. I asked the cashier why. He said, "i can give you only this. If you don't want to buy it, no problem". What a vague answer. I mostly order online. they charge the card while i am ordering. My kids were hungry, so I just let him go!2nd time is a bad story. - he(cashier) didn't hear my order right, he has hearing aid. He messed up the order and provide the wrong one. I noticed when the lady was making, I told her that's not what I ordered. The sandwich what i need (just chicken)was lesser price, but he misordered something and charged me more(chicken and bacon). But I told him to keep the extra money he owes, but I want the correct sandwich. He was very rude and said that he will give only chicken and bacon sandwich. I don't eat bacon. Atleast remove bacon. but he forcibly added bacon and I couldn't eat that. When I called the next day to complain about him, he was the one picked up the phone couple of times. Then I decided not to go again to this place. But today I had to go here.Today - 3rd timeI called the cashier to pick up my online order 30 min earlier. The cashier (he claimed his name is Surinder) said that he can't make it if I'm not at the gas station. I told him to make because I'm on my way there, but he neglected strongly. Once I reached I showed him my order in my app and asked him to make it. He said that he didn't see my order on his computer screen. He won't make it unless he sees my order on his screen. I said fine. but I showed the email proof also. It has the same location as in the app. But he was very stubborn and didn't let the subway sandwich maker to make my sandwiches. What else he wants.He would've answered nicely and respectfully. but his answers were vague and rude. I have all the proofs that I ordered at the location and date and time. I was charged for 2 sandwiches, but he forcibly neglected to make it unless he sees in his screen. I have no other option unless I wait. I asked to speak with the manager/owner. He said we don't have manager/owner. I know it's a big lie. The manager/owner made my sandwich one time. He immediately said, "you go and complain wherever you want. I don't call the owner. no manager". I said, Is this how you treat a customer, Then immediately he changed to "i don't know english". Very big liar. As I said earlier I have been to this place few times for sandwich pick ups. Everytime he behaves rude. The owner is good but this guy cashier is not fit to be cashier. He needs training how to speak to a customer.The cashier Surinder(he claimed this is his name) should behave well with the customer. He was rude every time. I am paying money to get the sandwiches, not free. The customer service is very awful. Subway name is getting spoiled because of this kind of employees. He is a Gas station employee, but he is involved in subway as well. Very very rude behavior. He is a subway name spoiler!!!My suggestion, If you want to have good subway sandwiches, go to other places. NEVER GO HERE, they treat very bad with bad attitude. I suggest SUBWAY to close this location. If they can't focus on this, why do they have it. CLOSE THIS SUBWAY! NEVER GO HERE!

I am a large man. Because I like to eat. I usually prefer steak but Subway is famous for there meatball marina sandwich. I usually order double meat but the sandwich maker does not now how to put 16 meatballs into a sandwich. So I usually get an extra roll of bread on the house. Which is how I like it. I recommend you get it with pickles and olives because thats where the flavor be at. Usually I add a bag of baked lays to keep it healthy. Thank you.

Don't eat at the Subway in Eastridge Mall. They don't honor any of their coupons for unknown reasons!!! This is very annoying considering I get coupons in the mail regularly! I have to drive a few miles farther just to use coupons even though Eastridge Mall is very close to where I live!!!

I must disagree! with everyone! about how really bad they are! and how badly , the food service is and it presentation are food is for public, or how you have theses stars backing up. Sandwiches then enjoy being made, like crap! I must disagree! they are doing there best, to show the public why we shouldn't support them, Sometimes the only way a foolish person will ever learn is when they get tried of loosing for a business that out o make money, will surly loose it by it lack of trust the public will have of it! So, we got a Shaq and it was Ugly! Is was Horrible in taste! Apparently this subway closes before 9:30pm which is misleading from the hours presented on Yelp, so I'm a little bummed. My review is for the male employee who was too occupied with his phone to provide any customer service. Very disappointed from my first visit and will try to avoid this location in the future...
Just went in for a sandwich at 10:30am and they already had zero bread. How do you expect to operate a sandwich shop without bread? Ordered Ike's instead.

The heavy guy with the accent that works here is a complete a******* He is so rude and abrasive. Zero customer service skills. Also, they'll sell you ca lottery but don't expect to redeem here. They won't accept winning tickets (not even just $20). Won't bother filling up here anymore. Shell across the street has amazing and welcoming staff.

Many years ago Subway was my go to place for lunch but now the sandwiches got smaller, less deli meat and process went up so it's an average lunch at best but too expensive for what you get. Much better value at in n out or 5 guys or blaze piza.
