cant complain about the food, but what i can complain about is the fact that when i went in to pick up my order, i was ignored by the workers when i asked about the cups that they gave me for my sodas, i had ordered the bottles bc i wasn't planning on drinking them immediately and didn't want them to go flat, and they actually costed more??? but when i was trying to explain that to the workers, they just ignored me for like 5 minutes of me occasionally butting into their conversation with eachother and getting glances but nothing in response and one of the other workers that actually said something to me told me just to fill up the cups likely because they have a history of this. also just opened my sandwich. and hey what do you know, i asked for no cheese and they gave me cheese charging me for something and then ignoring me and not giving me what i actually asked for is one thing, but cheese? this is the final STRAW but seriously i probably won't be coming back to this one again unless i feel like being ignored and being charged extra while also being ignored about inquiring about the extra charge

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I did an online order around 03:50pm and when I went to pick up my order I decided to dine in, by the way I had requested my sandwiches to be TOASTED when I opened my sandwiches none of them were toasted as requested.So I went and told the employee that my sandwiches were not toasted and he started insulting me.I was a subway employee before and I know what a toasted sandwich looks like and he should have not been defiant when I was proving him wrong!This is employee is very disrespectful and I hope the manager of this establishment takes action or he will be losing a lot of clients due to this employees unprofessionalism!Also, the soda machine was not working!! How do you run business and not check on your appliances and check if everything is working correctly?? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I haven't really eaten all day on Monday so I decided to order the monster subway sandwich on their mobile app. I end up getting there exactly about 1pm when they finished my order. After eating the sandwich and a few hours later I started feeling extremely nauseous then I threw up and saw the sandwich smell I started having diarrhea few times and threw up more than 3 times. I'm not sure if they messed up my order or something in there wasn't right... I think I rather come in person next time instead of ordering through the app to save myself from getting food poisoning.

Worst Subway ever!Employee was in the car with a girl! Store lights on and the sign OPEN on too!I ordered online and was there for pick up!Wait some minutes because I thought the employee could be at the restroom!When the guy came to open the door he was really rude, make me wait for 10 minutes while he was putting something on trash!( he probably thought i was there for order)!Never come back there!

One word DISGUSTING! I should report this place ! I did a mobile order around 7pm for a couple of sandwiches. I walked in and noticed only one male working. So I walked over to him let him know I was there for my pick up. he started packing my sandwiches and as I look I noticed he had NO GLOVES ON. I asked him why he wasn't wearing any ? And why wasn't he wearing them when making the sandwiches!? He tried to play it off like he didn't hear me as he lifted up his mask to scratch his chin !!! Even more disgusting! He replied" we don't wear them at this location " so I asked for a refund cause I don't want the sandwiches and he then replied " oh cool I'll keep these for myself " ....... go for it nasty !!!!
