You know, I get it. Working the late shift sucks, and when you're by yourself, a weird midnight late dinner rush at Subway must not be fun to be the sandwich artist for. I acknowledge I'm part of the problem by ordering a sandwich at 12am.... But hey, I also work late, and I just wanted a sandwich, and this guy was giving attitude the whole time, not just to me but the other customers present!
He was on the phone with someone the entire time and any time anyone tried to ask him for something (toast a sandwich, what toppings, etc) we had to repeat ourselves two or three times. The customer before me wanted a second sandwich and the guy at the counter looked at him with the most wilting glare I'd ever seen on a service worker.
Not to mention he dropped my sandwich into the bag pretty aggressively, which made me sad because I thought I'd been pretty nice throughout the exchange. That would have been excusable.... but then as I ate my sandwich, I realized he skimped on the amount of roast beef he gave me compared to other subway locations I've been to. Disappointing service, and from I can tell from the other reviews, the service is exactly what other customers take issue with at this location.
All in all, I hope the sandwich guy finds a different job that he enjoys more, because making sandwiches seems to be making him miserable judging by his general attitude and demeanor.

Extremely rude employee. He was on the phone with his friend the whole time talking while customers were there. He was upset at the guy ahead of me for ordering more than one sandwich as if it had ruined his day. They had an offer put up about buy 2 get one free and when it came time to pay he argued that the meat we chose doesn't qualify even though that is never specified on the signage. He angrily threw our poorly constructed sandwiches in the bag. Just an awful experience, even by fast food standards. If you want late night food, just get Jack in the box.

The place is very short-staffed, I’ve been standing in line for 15 min with no one in front of me, but the lady keeps making online orders and no one seems to help.. it’s a lunch time and no one got spare 30 min to just stay here being the first in the line

Been here about 3 times, and all 3 times the service is very bad. One lady making sandwiches, some person in the back doing who knows what, but had to wait about 20min before to get one sandwich and only one customer ahead of me. Very bad service. Subway sucks, go to Togo's across the street, much better and faster service

It’s okay in the day, but in the night it’s a horrible experience. At 12:45am Monday February 17th, the employee took 35 minutes to make me 1 footlong cookie.

women today around 5pm i believe her name is elvira. VERY confused about her job. she was giving me attitude the entire transaction, felt targeted for some odd reason as she was being kind to my girlfriend? and then she proceeded to charge me for a meal when i did NOT get a meal?? had to go back for a refund and i paid with card and told i could only be refunded in cash. she also blamed me for the charge

The store itself is nice but whoever ran the shop last night around 10pm has horrible customer service. I ordered a sub with double meat and when I asked for the toppings, he said it won't fit on the sandwich. I then asked for them on the side, he still gave me trouble and refused to give me the toppings I asked for only giving me tomato and pickles (two of the four toppings I requested). The sandwich came out to almost $20 and they refused to basically give me stuff that is included in the price of the sandwich. Other than the incident with my sandwich the store was well kept and clean, I just don't understand why this man was so rude.

Subway exceeded my expectations! The place is impeccably clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Tried the Italian B.M.T. and the Chicken Teriyaki—absolutely delicious. A spotless environment, courteous service, and mouthwatering options make Subway a go-to choice!
