$40 for 2 small pre-made box sushi feels a bit too much even for an airport.. sushi was ok
Selling drinks expired a week ago. Food seems not properly cleaned and not properly cooked. I hope we don’t get sick eating this. I saw the food preparer had a piece of meat drop out of our food plate and she didn’t care at all… Worst ever and expensive…
Sushi roll was surprisingly good and fresh. Expensive, but it's the airport. Saw them grilling raw chicken, which means that their food is pretty fresh.
Seafood udon tastes terrible. It should not be called udon.

Closed at 8pm on a Sunday? How about we update our hours? On Google it says Sundays close at 9pm however right outside the restaurant it states Sundays they close at 09:30?

Very friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Veggie tempura was well done but sushi rolls were so monstrously made that one has to tear them apart to fit in one's mouth. Decent udon broth.

Very clean udon broth and hits the spot.
I'm not a fan of greasy food at airports so this was where I chose to get my first meal of the day. They were stocking the grab n' go portion of their restaurant so I waited patiently and eagerly, for about 5 seconds lol. I grabbed their Rainbow Roll. It was topped with an assortment of soft and tender fresh fish , and filled generously with sweet and fresh avocado and crab filling. It went very well with a small dab of soy sauce. It was delicious and great quality too, on par with sushi I've had in Japan. I reccomend the sushi since that's all I've had the time to try. The men at the counter and working the food were kind and greeted me instantly. Thank you for the delicious meal!
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian udon, and sushi options. One sushi option I saw was an avocado and cucumber combo roll. YUMMY
Wheelchair accessibility: They have room for seating with a wheelchair, and plenty of room to access the restaurant and pay for your meal here as well.

We had a long layover and chose to eat at Sushi Boat. We ordered chicken Katsu, tempura, and udon seafood soup. The food was surprisingly good for being in the airport. The portions are large. They did a nice job for us. If ever we have enough time on a layover in San Jose we will be back..

SLOW!!!!! Hello?! You’re a restaurant at an AIRPORT…people are on a SCHEDULE with no flexibility. We would all love to take our time with our jobs but that’s just not your reality.

A picture says a thousand words. But also my teriyaki salmon tasted like it was grilled in chicken gristle and covered in watered down sauce. The rice is under cooked. And that’s the saddest excuse for a salad that I’ve ever seen.

Not authentic Japanese at all but if you're okay with that, this is yummy. The seating is comfortable and relaxed
