Lion King was okay. Small pieces of salmon. Customer service was good. Took about 10 min to receive my food. They provide a small discount if you use cash instead of card.

Terrible restaurant, terrible ambience, located in a convenient store and shared with an Indian pizza joint. Not authentic sushi restaurant. Doesn't serve Uni or sweet shrimp. Only two people working. Chef and cashier. Kitchen is small. Chef is Hispanic. ( according to the owner, I'm a racist because I stated a fact. lol insulting a customer that is just being honest ) I ordered over the phone and they didn't start my order till I got there. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes there. Food was comparable to sprouts sushi. I've had sushi all over the world, this place probably caters to a small demographic. Learn to take criticism and grow from it. You're an idiot for calling me a racist. Doesn't make you a good business owner. Just makes you sound petty.

Wow! Sushi Day is an absolute hidden gem! So many different types of rolls to choose from and staff is incredibly friendly. But let's talk about the food - it's simply out of this world! Every roll is a masterpiece, bursting with fresh flavors and expertly crafted. And the service? Always top-notch! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Sushi Day is definitely my go-to spot for delicious sushi and unbeatable service!

A hole in the wall. Sushi day is sharing space with Indian pizza. And there is a store to the left. Laundromat to the right. The location is very sketchy. We decided to do a take out. Oh boy, we were so surprised with a quality and the quantity was very generous too. The lady serving us was very friendly and spoke good English. Definitely ordering from there again!

My partner and I always get the lion king. Never disappoints! This time the Spider-Man and Orange Dragon roll were also very good in comparison. The quality has improved overtime. Sometimes we get a roll with a lot of rice and we are not fans. This is our favorite sushi in town.

I decided to try this sushi spot via a recommendation from a friend. This sushi spot is more of a takeout sushi than to sit down and eat type of spot. It’s shared with a market and pizza place.I ordered the Ichiban Roll, Lion King Roll, and the Snow Dragon Roll. All three rolls tasted very flavorful. However, I felt like the quality of the fish isn’t as good compared to other sushi restaurants. The Ichiban roll was good but I had to take out the tuna since the quality of it isn’t how I usually expect the tuna to be. Lion king roll was good but the salmon was a bit over cooked. Snow dragon had scallops on top which tasted good for a few bites but later on I felt like it was a bit too much. The house salad surprisingly had a lot of avocado which I also added on to my sushi. The price for this spot is more affordable compared to other sushi spots. Service was friendly.

For $17 this amount of salad and fish is amazing! Typical frozen sushi and seaweed salad. I'd let the meat cure a bit in the soy sauce to firm up so the sodium can draw a bit of the moisture out to give it a firmer texture

As someone who was eager to discover a nearby dining spot, Sushi Day left me feeling underwhelmed and hesitant from the start. Despite my initial reservations upon seeing the establishment's photos, I decided to give it a chance. I opted for the Ichiban, Dragon, and Lion rolls, hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Regrettably, my experience fell short of expectations. While the flavor of the sauces in each roll was satisfactory, the rice consistency was disappointingly mushy. To make matters worse, the Lion King roll was burnt, adding to the overall negative experience. However, the most glaring issue was the quality of the fish, which was subpar and lacked freshness. This aspect was particularly disappointing, as fresh fish is paramount in sushi. Despite the seemingly high reviews of the establishment, my personal encounter did not align with the praise. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend Sushi Day to others. For those seeking to satisfying sushi cravings, I would advise looking elsewhere...

Absolutely LOVE this place! My boyfriend and I literally come here every week cause it's that good. I actually find the sushi here better than a lot of sit-down sushi places in the South Bay. The fish is fresh, and it's affordable. I always order the ichiban roll and my bf loves the lion king. Service is always great and I can pick up my sushi within 15-20mins usually. The owner is also super nice and friendly! I recommend this place to all my friends all the time.

Best sushi I've ever had! The Service is great. It's a little hole in the wall the ambiance is okay it's right next to a liquor store so you can buy your drinks in there. I like it because there's also a little pizza bar inside the same spot so you have a little variety on what you want to eat. It's a small shop with a few tables so if you wanna grab a quick bite of some good sushi I'd definitely recommend this spot!
