Sushi Expo is a favorite spot in the South Bay known for its great sushi and variety of dishes. The service is amazing and the prices are reasonable. The salmon teriyaki bento with salmon roll is a must-try, with fresh and delicious salmon. Sadly, due to the landlord selling the location, the restaurant is closing unless they find a new space. The garlic edamame is also highly recommended. Overall, a fantastic place for delicious sushi and other Japanese dishes.
