Their portions and quality of food, all the way down to their packaging is amazing.update: I changed my review due to their inconsistent availability on Uber Eats and DoorDash. I make sure to try to order within their designated business hours but they’re often closed and unavailable. Very disappointing.

Ordered through ubereats because they had a bogo deal on sushi, good reviews, good pictures and were near our hotel. Absolutely beautiful presentation. Their takeout boxes look great and probably sustainable. They come in (I'm assuming it's made of bamboo) boxes resembling puzzles. Ive never been to Japan but this looks incredibly authentic Japanese. Ordered takoyaki for the second time in my life and it was delicious. Can't wait to go back to San Jose and visit the restaurant.

Great packaging, but food was not fresh. The salmon sashimi was sour and there were bones in the sushi rolls. The veggies also not fresh. Makes me feel quite unsafe with every bite I take

Hi,The way the sushi looks and the packages it surprises me and they look amazing, I think it should be called Bomb Sushi instead of Sushi Express because the sushi is bomb!
