So I used to frequent this restaurant several times a month and haven't been here in about 8 years and was excited to stop in today and let's just say when we walked through the doors we could tell it wasn't the same restaurant! We sat down anyway because one we were hungry and wanted to give a benefit of the doubt, should have walked back out the servers were inexperienced. The sushi had some kind of puree on top the rolls that was questionable and the fish that looked like fish was not good! And the ambiance was not good it was dark and dingy, no music hardly any light everything felt dirty. We haven't left the parking lot and our stomachs are already upset.

All You Can Eat sushi is back. $45 (dinner) not sure if there is a price difference for lunch and didn't really find it advertised anywhere either, other than someone mentioning it in a review.Sushi has gotten quite expensive. Special rolls are around $17+ at various sushi restaurants. I can easily eat 2 rolls and some. We used to go to Kenzo quite a bit but their quality has gone downhill. So once I heard AYCE was back my wife and I made a visit. We came for dinner on a Friday. It wasn't busy, there was about 4 groups dining. They are a bit understaffed imo, I think I saw two chefs and 1 host/server. When we got sat down the owner (i think he's the owner or restaurant manager) he gave us a complimentary roll 49'ers roll. It was nice of them to give us a free roll even though we were doing AYCE. I expected service to be slow based on other reviews. So we did a big order on our first round. We ordered 5 rolls and a hand roll. We only ordered once cause we were stuffed. So we ended up with 6 rolls & a handroll. We ate most of it and probably had about 1.5 rolls worth of left overs combined. The owner let us take it home which was nice and we got some milk tea mochi when we received the bill. the quality of the rolls are still as good as before. Would definitely come back again. Just expect service be a bit slower than normal.

The best sushi in the whole bay area hands down! The baked salmon rolls are amazingly delicious! Don't try them if you don't want to become addicted! ~Five stars for sure!

All I can say is "WOW"! Actually I will say more. We randomly searched a sushi place close to where we were at the time. This turned out to be one of the BEST we've eaten! I have been to many high end sushi restaurants. This did not look "high end" when we entered. But the energetic welcoming we got, the owners personality, and the amazing quality and taste of his sushi chef "Ant Man" sealed the deal for us to call this the best we've been to in the last 15 years in CA. We were even allowed to sample a newly released summer themed roll that had mango on it...Amazing! A must try place.

Horrible service. He was upset when we ordered all you can eat sushi. Basically told us he will turn us away if we don't put in a reservation and that it's our fault that he has to close the restaurant when he was the one who seated us and did not even communicate that that was the case. He tried to tell me that it's not fair he has to turn away other customers because of how many orders we have put in (which was what they offered ..AYCE Sushi. Once again, not our fault. We ordered what they offered and ate all of it). They even gave us so many appetizers that we did not even ask for. We had to tell them to stop giving us so many plates of gyozas and how many bowls of fried rice. I will never go to Sushi Factory ever again. Don't get upset with customers who are ordering what is on the menu just because you cannot communicate and are unable to fulfill a service or product that you say you can provide. Don't put the blame and shame on your customers. That is unacceptable.

ALL YOU CAN EAT IS BACK! Came for our belated valentine's date and the food is amazing. Service was great. We haven't been here since before covid and so glad they brought back the AYCE sushi! John was great! Portions were awesome! Will be coming back again soon!

Went here with my wife and son last night. My son had the AYCE and loved it. Too much food! :) My seafood Udon was very good. The Tempura shrimp and the Agedashi Tofu were really good. Service was great too! The owner was really accommodating and attentive. Only ding was that it was a bit cold and dark in the restaurant. Otherwise, good experience

Standard sushi production with a Wasabi that was somewhat brownish in color. Strip mall sushi at it's best.

BAD experience. I'd probably give 0 stars tbh. Upon entrance we were told that there was a limit of 3 rolls per person for each order in the AYCE menu. Why have this limitation if it's all you can eat (AYCE) it's a buzzkill! We ordered 18 sushi pieces (3 rolls) amongst 3 of us (very doable) for our 1st order and the waiter got frustrated and mentioned okay you have to finish otherwise you pay. We scratched our head as he was rude. So first they gave us 12 rolls and then we ordered 6 more. They also forgot our appetizers like mussels and chicken teriyaki AFTER giving us our sushi. We also ordered the special rolls which were insanely salty. Overall sushi quality very avg if not below avg. Sashimi is NOT included in the buffet - apparently you have to pay for a yearly membership for like $20 or $30? What the? Also our total was $97.01 and I chose not to tip. The following day I see my credit card charged $109.01 I'm presuming they took $4 per person without telling me. We finished all the food btw. Just a really trash experience and I don't advocate anyone to check this sushi spot out. Treat your customers well and be transparent in the menu.

The food is ok but the service (especially the attitude from some server) is a lot to be desired. That’s the reason we stop visiting this place quite some time ago.

I love their baked rolls and the miso soup really helps after a long day. I pick up stuff to go but their seating area is open too.
