We enjoyed this restaurant. The seafood paella was delicious, and Osvaldo, our waiter, was super nice and provided us with the best attention and service.

We had such a lovely lunch date at Suspiro on Santana Row. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very elegant and welcoming. Osvaldo was our server and made us feel comfortable. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We highly recommend Suspiro for lunch or dinner.

Oswaldo was my server on 11/10 and he was nothing short of amazing!! I came with my bf to celebrate our anniversary and he made sure it felt special and gave us a chocolate cake dessert that was to die for. Oswaldo made our experience so amazing for our first time, will definitely be coming back next time just for him alone. Food & drinks were of course amazing as well. He gave us really good recommendations!

Very beautiful, delicious food...the staff was very friendly. It is a little loud from music so a little hard to hear across the table.

Absolutely disgusting. In my life ive never had to send anything back, and it took all my will to not complain and send back almost every dish that was served.

First off, the ceviche was not fresh, not soaked in lime juice (cooked) at all and completely raw. It smelled and no one at the table ate it.

Second dish, a terrible shrimp tempura on top of a freezing cold purple potatoes. Again, the shrimp was raw inside the tempura. No flavor or seasoning and completely disgusting. I was shocked.

The paella was greasy and had barely any meat in it.

The service was horrendous. Our waiter, who was red eyed and obviously stoned on shift took almost 20minutes to take our order, i had to get up and ask the bartender to find him.

Ive never paid so much for so little.
I wouldnt ever go here again or recommend it.
Literally their seafood is going to end in a food poisoning lawsuit.

Macdonalds is a healthier and better bet.

Please do not go here if this is your first experience with any type of Peruvian food. Our food was awful and expensive. It was over seasoned and did not taste good. Service and atmosphere is great but seriously need to work on their menu. I understand the intent of being a cross between Peruvian and Spanish but it's like they tried to add every spice to all the dishes and it ruined it. Also please add more Pisco varieties to the menu.

One of the best ceviche peruano that I ever had. The tortilla española was tasty and well made. Great service and beautiful ambiance. I would recommend it for a great brunch. The apple dessert was yummy too.

We had a business dinner with a large in Suspiro’s private dining room. Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, the service was 10/10, and the wine they offered has become my new favorite. The ceviche clasico and anticucho de pollo were my favorite, and you can’t go wrong with any of their paellas. And if you have room for dessert, the torrija is the way to go. Nothing else compares. We will definitely come back here again and again.

Nice Spanish and Pruvian restaurant. It has tapas, paella, ceviches, and some entree plates. The restaurant has a great ambiance and staff are friendly.
We ordered potato bravas as tapas, and potatoes were stale. They were leftover-like.

It was our the first time here and we tried a few dishes. The calamari con pimiento was very flavorful. Our main course were equally delicious. We can honestly say that we would definitely be coming back to try new dishes. Our waiter Oswaldo was super friendly and provided great service.

I've been the Suspiro on three occasions because the food and service are just that good. Once for dinner, and twice now for brunch. I suggest an approach of shared tapas for the whole table. The empanadas are a highlight: the beef empanada is filled with well-spiced beef with a lightly fried, crispy crust, and the Iberian ham an cheese empanada is presented as the cutest grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Each tapa is presented beautifully, and the prettiest has to be the shrimp and crab on top of the mashed purple yam.

Our waiter this morning, Oswaldo, was friendly, helpful, and made dining a pleasure. When choosing our charcuterie and queso platter, his suggestions were on point, and made for a well-balanced, tasty selection. Thank you!

Parking: Two hours free in the parking garage which is within a two minute walk of the restaurant.
