Lovely service from Oswaldo (sorry for any spelling errors!) they were patient with our group and took initiative to take pics and make sure our birthday girl got her on-the-house treat. They even shared some info about Suspiro’s speakeasy experience, which we’ll have to check out next time we’re in the area.
Food itself is more authentic to the Spanish side than the Peruvian side, so I would call it a good intro experience for those new to the cuisines.

I had a great time at Suspiro! I loved the ceviche and the vegetarian paella. The drinks were also excellent. Our waiter, Jass, was awesome — very nice and welcoming. He had such a positive attitude and great energy. He helped us with our questions and made great suggestions. I’ll definitely come back

Nice places! Restaurant design is increíble. The service is great! How ever the Lomo Saltado was so spicy, the menu did not mentioned that. This Peruvian traditional dish is not spicy! The cocktails are amazing ! We loved the speakeasy !

Good: Bloody Mary, tortilla de patatas.
Average: steak and eggs, vegetarian paella. Steak was inconsistently cooked, we asked for medium rare and it arrived mostly medium cooked. As other people mentioned, paella was soggy and there was no crisp. It was more like rice a roni or Uncle Ben’s kind of rice. With a few carrots/broccolini/peas/mushrooms on top.
One thing that could be improved is that they serve food on hot plates. The food arrived on cold plates and it made the food cool down significantly.
Come here for the drink and vibes. Skip paella and steak and eggs, they’re nothing special.
