I ordered sugarcane w/durian, sugarcane with kumquat andpennywort w/mung bean here at sweet box and none of them are drinkable. They're very watery and tasteless.Please buy your drinks some where else....

7/9/23 - My friend and I came here to catch up, but it was soooooooooo loud that we could not hear each other. We ended up sitting outside to chat, but still the music was blasting and I wish I knew beforehand. I was getting a headache from it. We initially wanted R&B since it was open late, but decided on nước mía instead. It was actually very good! They have variety of flavors of nước mía too! Anyway it was cool you could order from multiple restaurants on the kiosk at the same time. I'd say definitely don't come here if you hate loud spaces. It's very distracting and hard to talk to the people you are with. Other than that, food and drinks were good so highly recommended that.Good for late night food and snacks. Lots of people come to hang here late at night, but not good if you want good ambiance for chatting since you won't be able to hear yourself. Cute space inside and great for getting a little savory or sweet snack!

Interesting food court like. The entrance is through R&B. I came on a Saturday around 4pm and there were tons of parking which is rare. I was craving nước mía so glad that they have it. I ordered on one of the two machines at the front. It is 7.50$. I asked for less ice and saw that they charge $0.50 for less ice! What the heck I thought. But as a barista myself, I know you'll get more drinks if it's less ice. I ended up getting 100% ice and I'm glad I did bc the sugarcane is hella sweet but with the full ice and the kumquat the sweetness is better. The only reason for 4 star is that none of the 3 stores in this location care about cleanliness of the tables. Our table was dirty. I had to ask for a towel to clean them. My drink met my expectation. Wish it had a little bit more of the citrus...

I have only tried the drinks at Sweet Box and so far, every drink I have tried is simple but good. I have tried their sugar cane drink, the three color drink with pandan jelly, coconut milk and red tapioca, tofu dessert drink and mango slush. All drinks were good and not overly sweet. You can order at the cashier or at any of the touch screen kiosks available around the shop. The one near R&B Tea always has a line so head to the other end and there are 2 other touch screens in which you can order from any of the 3 shops inside. Sweet Box shares the space with 2 other shops and the inside is very lively and fun. Makes you feel like you're in a Vietnamese cafe. There's not really any interaction with the staff if you order at the touch screen. Once your order is ready, you just pick it up. But yeah, if you're looking for something to drink with a chill, fun vibe with lots of seating, Sweet Box is there in Vietnam Town.

My partner and I came here on a Saturday afternoon right before the lunch rush and order through Uber Eats. The journey of us finding Sweet Box consisted of us crossing multiple plazas and weaving through the different crevasse of Little Saigon. sweet Box shares a super cute space with R&B Team and a noodle shop. The inside of the shop is so freakin cute and they play great Vpop as well. As for the drinks, let's just say Sweet Box really lives up to its name. Both drinks were overly sweet and left kind of a film over my tongue. The sweetness from the sugarcane drink is a given because, hello it's sugarcane. As for the Icy Mango Tofu - the consistency was thick and super sweet as well. If I was to come back, I think I would get the Sugarcane with Coconut water because I think it's be more refreshing.

I came here after I ate at Gen Korean BBQ. I bought two Vietnamese iced coffee. It's strong and tastes good. However, it's pricey for a small cup of iced coffee thought. The ambiance is very nice for hot day sitting outside and relaxing. Customer service is great.

I bought a peach, orange lemongrass tea here. Everything was ok until I noticed something in the drink. The texture is like sugar but no taste of sweet. That was MSG in the drink WTF. I already finish half of the drink, there was a lot of MSG that still not dissolve. 1 hour later my heart started racing, I felt nauseous, fatigue, headache. I tried to call them to let them know about this but no one answer the phone. What if someone like children drink it.

This juice tastes so refreshing! I like this fruit tea, perfect for warm weathers. I also tried their sweet tofu dessert. It's warmed and the texture is like pudding. The only complaint is quite long waiting time.

We decided to try this place out because Sweet Box along with the other two restaurants it resides with were hosting a BTS event - always so fun and a short blast to spend the weekend. This place serves many options of Vietnamese desserts like che, but since I am not able to have any coconut, I went with their other dessert options and ordered their flan with strawberry. It came in a cute small container and I shared it with my friends. We were surprised that the flan was served with shaved ice and strawberry syrup on top. The box actually came with more shaved ice than flan, and the strawberry syrup amount drizzled on top was more than we would have liked, overpowering the taste of the flan. This place was cute and had plenty of comfortable seating. I liked their wide menu that had flan, which is a great dessert for people who need to avoid ingredients like coconut and wheat, which are commonly in Asian desserts. We would have enjoyed the flan with a bit less of the strawberry, though.

The good:You can order from a giant tablet screen. There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The interior is decorated with a lot of Instagram-friendly fake flowers and plants. The bad:The sign said they opened at 11. All of the other businesses in the same building were open and I saw people in the back of Sweet Box stocking stuff up. I ordered my tofu dessert at 11:30 and waited 15 minutes before a worker at the other kiosk told me the lady who works at Sweet Box wasn't there yet. I was told to wait. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do that. I waited some more but then couldn't wait any longer because of my fussing toddler so I asked for a refund again from the guy at the next kiosk and he helped me get a refund. The prices are a little steep. The interesting:This is one business within a building that shares an ordering system with the other businesses in the same building.

Got the beverage within 5 minutes. Super fast! Very very strong Vietnamese coffee with foam cream and sea salt. I like strong coffee, but they really over did the sweetness too. This drink will keep me up for hours. Overdone aroma, overly heavy flavors, and thick. Paid $6.95 for the size shown here. Still, they do focus on quality of ingredients, but some customers may not like coffee, beverage, or desserts that are too sweet or too strong. Overall, quick and easy. Staff called out my order in Vietnamese. Thank goodness I can understand all Vietnamese numbers, but I'm not Vietnamese, LOL! Staff lady is always super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere highly decorated all around the inside of this place. If you're really craving, this may be your grab and go spot. I just didn't feel it today. I wish my drink had more liquid in it. It was very very thick in concentration for sure. Will have to try another $6.95-$7.95 item to know.
