Love the cakes and designs… customer service is excellent they also do listen to what you want and are very honest if they are not able to do a designed but rarely happens also cake flavors are delicious

After reading the reviews on this Bakery, it has made me think twice about ordering a cake from you. Policy's are policy's but to not be sympathetic about a family member in the hospital and giving them a refund or a credit for another occasion is really bad business. I was excited about ordering a cake from you, but reviews mean a lot and how you treat your customers. Your customers are what is keeping you open, feeding your family and to be treated that way makes me think it's better to go elsewhere.
