We got the nanjing roasted duck and beef noodle soup here, and they were both very delicious! I would definitely come back here again. The roast duck was cut well, and its skin was very crispy. The sauce was special and complemented the duck well. I can see why this was highly recommended here. As for the beef noodle soup, it was on the sweeter side, and the beef tasted like it was red braised. If we get the same next time, we definitely need to get some plain rice to balance...

The food was all very tasty, especially the fried stinky tofu, and the pig ears. It was surprising to see so many choices for a small restaurant. The portions are very decent. All the staff were friendly and made sure to accommodate our dietary restrictions and requests.

Is this the south bay’s best kept secret??? We stumbled into this unassuming hole-in-the-wall when the line was too long for our favorite Ethiopian and Japanese restaurants next door.

All the other patrons were speaking Chinese so I knew it was legit… but I was a little bit nervous about the menu options, many of which I’d never encountered before, despite considering myself a lover of Chinese food. (Some hardcore examples: duck blood soup, pig ear salad)
